Giuli is available in Just transform damn you on Earth. Nakagi or whatever city.
He' adv but u'll be ale to fight him evenly. He has more benefit of battling you for a bit then hurting you. He'll even use only one hand if it's more comfortable for you.

Other then tha i have captain hanatarou and he can join any threads you make.

I suggest the giuli one if ur wanting to kick some guys ass however. Giuli is willing to take alot of damage for science while offering token defense back.
