Hello and welcome to Bleach Oblivion. Thanks for joining, you won’t regret it. First off, here are a few things you need to know to get started.
1- Read over all of the starred topics in the
Rules and Information forum, memorize them if you can. It helps everyone avoid confusion.
2- After registering your account and reading all the rules visit us in the chatbox! Here, you can ask a present staff member any questions you might have, get to know people, make friends, and even find people to role-play with. Don't worry, we don't bite. XD
3- Don't be shy, hop on over to the Introduction Forum and tell us a little about yourself. ^.^ This is optional though, so if you don't want to do it then you don't have to.
4- Okay, now that you've read the rules and introduced yourself, it's time to make your character! What you'll need to do first, is decide what Bleach Race your character will be; this is the most important decision. Next, if you've picked either a Shinigami or an Arrancar and desire a position like Captain or Espada you'll need to check to see if your desired position is open. Also, there's a new enemy called Sins, which are the embodiments of the Seven Deadly Sins and are to the Togabito as the Espada are to the Arrancar, you'll need to check positions for them as well (new factions/ranks may be added at any time). You can find a list of open Captain/Espada/Sin positions on the side bar, *also if you can't decide between the two don't worry, you can always make one of each, as long as you can post actively with both! Now that you've picked your race (and checked positions if you're making a Captain/Espada/Sin), you'll need to fill out the appropriate template which can be found in the
Character Templates forum. Check the list of banned abilities, also don't forget that all appearances must be described in words, and don't forget your role-play sample; It's how we determine your characters level/rank and award stat points.
5- Once you've received your level, you'll need to apply your stat points, which, as I mentioned before, are based on your given level. You edit this into your application after receiving your level, and then all you'll need to do is wait for final approval (the topic being moved to it's appropriate forum, based on the race of your character).
6- If the character you've created is based on a character from a Non-Bleach anime/manga/video game, then you'll need to visit the Face Claim forum and fill out the face claim template then post it in a thread (that thread will be used for all your face claims) to be approved! Note: Only staff can claim a face before the creation of a character, anyone else must have their character made beforehand.
7- This next step is optional, but it's a lot of fun! After you've made your character(s) you can create a custom kido/cero for them! Just head on over to the Creation forum and follow all the listed rules/fill out the appropriate templates and post to be approved! Also, the Creation forum is used for any original organizations you might have an idea for, follow the given rules and fill out the templates then post for approval! Your organization could easily play a big part in the plot!
8- Okay, so you've made your character, applied your stats, have been approved by an admin or mod and have even created your own kido/cero/organization, so what's next? Well, you can either join an open RP thread or start one of your own (remember to make the thread in the correct location forum). Also, try to socialize a little bit, it'll help you find people to RP with and generally help you make friends. ^.^
