Personality: Tetsuo is.... different. Unlike many shinigami prodigies, he didn't become strong through intelligence, he became strong because of something screwy in his head, and maybe a little natural talent. This is to say he's not the brightest guy, and is actually incredibly thickheaded, as well as naive. However, he is a rather hard worker, and doesn't know when to quit, unless something just plain doesn't hold his interest. He has a thing about being bored, and so he always has to keep himself busy. Since mostly all he knows how to do is fight and cause trouble, this can lead to, and often does, multitudes of arguments and brawls on his part.

His tone of speaking is something that often bothers his superiors, as he's never been able to shown respect by being formal, it simply wasn't taught to him. However, he does respect them on the inside, and follows any orders given to him, well, the ones doesn't find terribly bogus. He is actually a man of few words, surprisingly, and tends to hold his tongue. Though when he lets words slip they tend to be too nonchalant or stupid for the tastes of others, he's the type to simply not care what others thing, and sometimes, not care about others period.

His favored assignments are the ones that take him into the real world to track down and eliminate powerful hollows, or multitudes of mid level ones, as he enjoys testing his battle skill. He is also incredibly fascinated with the human world and human life, and tries to socialize with the ones who can actually see him, occasionally even sneaking out of sereitei as a gigai just to meet human females. Seeing as how most shinigami females prefer intelligent or wise men, whereas human girls tastes' differ.

In combat, he's not one to use deception or attack when an enemy's guard is down, simply because he feels playing dirty puts him below hollows. He prefers to go all out, head on, despite the risk of injuries or possibly even death, and it generally works for him. His naivety and idiocy have led him to having something of a lack of fear, but in reality, this is just overconfidence, coupled with the fact that he doesn't know what he should be afraid of, and what he shouldn't be. He holds his duty as a soul reaper in high regards, and enjoys that he can at least do something right, in dispatching hollows and freeing pluses from their earthly torture.

Despite it being difficult for him to genuinely get close to or care about others and their well being on a personal level, he is somewhat softhearted, especially when it comes to children or animals, and has had a record of becoming irrationally angry when either one is threatened by a hollow, or even a fellow shinigami. He has a general distaste for most Quincy, simply because it seems that they do not care about the repercussions of their actions, and the few he has met view killing hollows as sport, even while they cause just as much harm as help.

Although he is generally difficult to get along with, he can be easily viewed as an asset, even with his flip floppy morals and his one track mind. It is recommended that the few who do trust him with large amounts of responsibility keep in mind that he is the kind of man to go out of his way or even slightly tweak the orders he has received, if it means he can test himself against someone or something more powerful than himself. This causes trouble when it does happen, but is a rare occurrence, as despite his seating, he is quite strong for his age.

Personal things he enjoys are; Rock music, preferably the loudest kind he can get. Drawing, even though he is absolutely horrible at it. Manga, because the pictures help him and reduce the reading he has to do, since he detests reading. Food, he can put away food like nobody's business despite not being alive, and often ravages all you can eat buffets when he visits earth in a gigai. Women, he is quite the wannabe ladies man, despite the fact that getting with many women is against his nature, he will almost always try to obtain at least one to keep without fail, often hitting on them at inopportune times. His favorite places to visit when he uses a Gigai are either the Karakura town area, or the united states, he loves to sight see, despite not knowing a thing about any place's historical background.

Overall, he has a different mindset than most shinigami, and often feels he would fit in much better with the humans, despite enjoying the abilities he has. His goals and aspirations are relatively simple, mostly along the lines of having fun and doing well in his duty. While many consider him a plague on the Gotei 13 court guard squads, due to his sub par intelligence, he feels like he is a beneficial cog piece that keeps it all moving, as he's willing to do near anything to help out. An air of overconfidence is the impression one might get from him, and one might be right.

Physical Appearance:

Tetsuo appears young for his age, as many Shinigami do, and dresses similarly to other shinigami, despite some minor changes to attire. Mainly, the top half of his robe is a lighter color, instead of black, and he likes to leave it parted open with a black shirt resembling a tank top beneath it. Always seen with his two zanpakuto, which are actually one in the same simply split into two, Tetsuo seems to be either a smiley type of guy, or a serious, straight faced one. It all depends on what day you encounter him on. Donning wrist guards that shine and shimmer, along with a necklace to match, you may think he makes an attempt to appear as the "Fancy yet casual in the same breath" type. However, that's not the case, as these items are most of what he's got left of his parents who still live back in the rukongai. His choice of footwear is generally sandals, as he likes for his feet to be able to breathe. When in gigai form on earth, he generally tries to blend in with loose fitting jeans and shoes, with tight graphic tee shirts. You'll never catch him wearing a jacket or anything however, as he's nearly always too warm.

A ball of spiky black hair sits atop a head masked with a determined face. Black eyes half cocked and staring dead at you, as if he's trying to figure you out. I assure you however, that he isn't, and couldn't really care less. A small nose and flat thin lips give him a serious straight face expression, unless he's bursting into a grin and showing off those perfectly straight pearly whites of his. Quite tall and somewhat bulky in stature, he stands about 6 feet two inches, and weighs in at about 220 pounds, complimenting his muscular figure.

Bio: Growing up in the worst parts of the Rukongai, with parents who barely scraped by for money, was incredibly difficult for Tetsuo. At a young age, he was often neglected by his parents as they worked multiple jobs, simply trying to make ends meet in the broken area they were forced to survive in. Due to this, he was unable to go to school or get any typical teaching of any sort, only learning what he could in the streets that he often roamed daily out of boredom and interest for excitement. As a child, he always wondered how soul society, how the afterlife, was considered supposedly peaceful, when people had to struggle just as he did.

Being dim didn't help him in his neighborhood either, as he was often the one that got picked on or attacked by the slightly better of children, simply because he was poor and not exactly a genius. This led to resentment of the high born or immediately well off people, as they got a better life from the get go all out of sheer luck, and it just wasn't fair. Many years of what could be considered torture went by, each day was tough. Dealing with bullies, problems at home, and the fear that hollow could attack the outermost section of the Rukongai without the soul reapers not caring a single bit for their well being weighed heavily on his shoulders, but ultimately shaped and pushed him.

Eventually, he began fighting back, developing a backbone and trying to stand up for himself in any way possible. This resulted in many, many brawls. Some he would win, and some he would lose so terribly that the injuries could barely be sustained. After some time, most of the thugs and juveniles causing the problems began to leave him alone, as he grew physically more adept and was able to handle most of them with relative ease over the years. All except for one group, a group of grown men who called themselves "The Ironclad". This group armed themselves with minor weapons and went around family to family in the outer Rukongai, demanding money, food, and sometimes even sex from the women of the family. They were scum, to be sure.

They found themselves a target in our beloved little Bonehead's family, and often wrought havoc on it like some sort of bubonic plague, infesting their worst nightmares and making their lives a living hell. However, Tetsuo didn't get the nickname bonehead because he was the type to just smarten up and realize that these men would kill him if he interfered. At every moment, there he was, constantly fighting them, even whilst he was unarmed and they had machetes or similar. One night, after the men made an attempt to force consent for despicable acts out of his mother, the only child snapped, and began a brawl with all 8 of the men at once. While he put up a good fight, incapacitating at least 3 of them and moderately injuring others, he was defeated in the end.

Now, what would the lowest of thugs do to a young boy for simply defending his mother while his father was away at work? Of course, they would drag him to the forest in the outskirts of the Rukongai where hollows had been sighted recently, and force him to enter. Threatening him with the death of his parents, he could do nothing but obey as they laughed and felt supreme. Within moments, he found himself lost and alone in the darkness of the forest, surrounded by sounds in every direction. Eerie, mind numbingly frightening sounds, that couldn't be mistaken for anything other than the fabled and infamous hollows that plagued all worlds. Creatures from hell that wanted nothing more than to kill and devour, and they would target the boy, who had a tasty smelling soul that could be detected from a good distance due to the natural spiritual presence the boy possessed.

However, fate smiles upon many mortals and immortals alike, and that night, he would be one of them. Just as several hollow made their way to the boy's position, ready to eat him, another figure would appear. Of course, Bonehead didn't notice this other figure until after he was already trying to engage the damned things in melee combat. Somewhere in this encounter, his unnamed Zanpakuto would reveal itself to him, but to no avail as there were too many hollows, and he wasn't skilled with the blades as of yet. Just as he was about to be overcome by his own haste in going to war with the creatures, a flash of light across the dark forest zapped back and forth, and in mere seconds, the hollows had been slain. It was a shinigami, much to Tetsuo's surprise. Up until this point, he'd been taught that shinigami cared nothing for anyone but themselves, and didn't even acknowledge the existence of the unfortunate souls living in the outer Rukongai, however this woman gave off a different air about her, as she spoke.

"You're not harmed, are you? Brave, but stupid, is what i gather from you trying to fight those hollows rather than run. Ah, what is that you have there.... Zanpakuto?"

She became interested in the child, despite his upbringing, and took him away from the slum and hell he was forced to survive in (after dispatching the gang that was terrorizing his family, since it was the only way he would agree to go), allowing him to enter the walls of the fabled Sereitei and see them for himself. While he'd always resented the soul reapers for so long, as he saw their society, he felt the deep longing to embed himself into this world, and become just like the woman. Maybe some soul reapers were selfish, but she was not, she didn't let him sit back and die even though it may have been convenient for her, she used her ability to aid, rather than just for herself.

As he was introduced and brought about the Sereitei, the woman made arrangements to become a shinigami without having to attend the academy, as she saw the futility in trying to "educate" him, rather than train him. So along the years she showed him tips and pointers, but mostly allowed him to develop himself in his own way, and that he did. He quickly grew much stronger than anyone expected, especially the more advanced shinigami who laughed at his lack of wit. Eventually, he was even seated among the 10th squad of the Gotei 13 as a lieutenant, which was a high honor to be sure, despite preferring the 11th over the rest. Unfortunately, as well as things were going for him, tragedy always strikes somewhere.

Shortly after he was seated, the woman he held in such high regards, who was a captain in her own rights mind you, fell in battle in the human world, to a multitude of powerful hollows(or so it's been said. Unknown if they were arrancar or espada or what have you). She had a limiter equipped and could not get it's restraints removed in time to eliminate them all before they could cause harm to several humans, so she instead lured them away, sadly dying in the process. This enraged Tetsuo, sending him for the next few years into a state of anger and bloodlust towards all hollow, earning him the nickname "War" amongst other shinigami as that is what he waged against them. Always seeking them out, always offering himself up to go after the really big baddies and head out to the human world and eliminate as many as he could at a time, he became a reliable piece against hollows everywhere.

He still maintains this mindset, and aims to make himself powerful enough to one day completely eliminate all threat of hollows or anything else from the face of existence, and bring about a peaceful world. Whether or not this is actually possible, he doesn't know, nor does he care. It's been around 130 years give or take since he joined soul society as an incredibly young shinigami, and he has developed quite well accordingly, coming into his own right. Currently, he seeks to do all he can as a soul reaper and fulfill his duties with every fiber of his being, and even have a little fun eliminating the bastards while he does it.

Inner world appearance: War's inner world is one you would not typically expect of such an aggressive person. A large field blooming flowers all around, with one large apple tree in the center of it. It is rather plain, but at the same time, peaceful. Birds can be seen elegantly flying through and peacefully perching themselves upon a tree that bears beautiful crimson apples. Wind constantly sways across the field, and the temperature is always the perfect one for training. Zeijaku Sei can often be found resting beneath the large tree.

Zanpakutō

Zeijaku Sei appears to be a monk, and his mindset matches as well. A respectful and wise Zanpakuto spirit, he is the type to constantly give Tetsuo advice, to try and steer him properly. He is patient, and forever calm. He has been shown to possess a high amount of intelligence, as he can constantly point out the flaws and weaknesses of almost everything. Above all, he respects life and death, and is one to oppose unnecessary violence. However, he supports the laying of rest to hollows, just not the aggressive manner that Tetsuo goes about it.

Sealed form: Zeijaku Sei has manifested it's sealed form into two separate simple katanas, rather than one. The designs on them are rather plain, and they appear to be normal katana, though a tad longer than usual ones, about 4 feet in length each. (refer to pictures for more details)

Shikai

Shikai description:

Despite rarely soaking themselves in blood, The blades of Zeijaku Sei turn a bright crimson red when they enter their shikai state, as well as change from normal katanas, into a sort of broadsword, longsword, and rapier hybrid. Around six feet in length each, these blades are almost as tall as Tetsuo himself. Intricate markings ravage the beautiful hand guards, and make the blades appear more refined.

Ability: The spirit of Zeijaku Sei himself is a wise man, capable of pinpointing flaws and weaknesses in everything, no matter how perfect they seem. When released in shikai form, the blades take on this quality, by making anything the user strikes seem to crumble before the blades with less effort. This is to say, each time something is struck by one of these blades, it becomes much easier to break. This reduces the amount of brute force needed to destroy something entirely, as in it's entire composition, as after a few strikes, even a tap of the blade could shatter something like a building, let alone a full force swing. Effectively, each strike makes the entire target become a walking weakness. After enough strikes, the composition of said object in question may even fall apart on it's own, appearing to have decayed into tiny fragments of itself. The weakness in question lasts a total of 8 posts from the landest landed strike on a person. Even though this release state is based on causing and exploiting weakness, it still caters towards Tetsuo's brute nature by allowing him relatively enhanced strength.

Techniques:

Crumble: Unleashing several rapid, but soft, strikes in quick succession, War aims to crumble his opponent/whatever he is striking near instantly, before they can react. Each swing is incredibly fast, the attacks appearing to be a blur.

BoomerDang: Throwing one, or both of his blades, Tetsuo intends to strike his opponent once on the way there, and once on the way back before catching the sword. The trick is that he has learned to just barely harness his spiritual energy enough to force the sword along the correct path, making sure it always returns to him, even if blocked/dodged.

Shatter: Less of a precise attack than crumble, Tetsuo simply strikes the object in question so hard, that even one strike will crush/eradicate most things once combined with his shikai's effect. His brute strength makes this attack incredibly potent.

Pinpoint: With the aid of Zeijaku Sei, Tetsuo strikes at the weakest point on the opponent's/whatever he's striking's body/structure. This combined with his shikai's effect makes for a devastatingly precise attack that can shut someone/thing down from the core.

Bankai

Bankai name:Seimitsu

Bankai description: When in released bankai state, the twin zanpakuto's are not altered all that much. They simply become thinner and only bladed on one side and the tip, like true rapiers, allowing for many more precise an pinpoint moves. However they maintain their length, giving them almost a needle-like appearance, they also maintain their color and the fancy guard as well. When in this state, Tetsuo's eyes fade entirely to black, appearing to have burnt out.

Ability: The ability to be truly precise and find a weak spot 100% of the time is quite rare among warriors, and without the aid of his zanpakuto, Tetsuo would be entirely lost. In this state, with his eyes faded, he can immediately locate a weak point on any surface. Retaining all of the shattering abilities from the shikai state, an added effect is that each strike on an opponent absorbs some spiritual energy, and feeds it through the intricate guards, replenishing Tetsuo. The energy can also be stored in the blades and channeled through the guard for some Kido-reminiscent attacks, however he generally strays away from them. Despite their thin and frail appearance when released in this state, these blades are incredibly sharp and durable, capable of repelling and withstanding many forms of attacks, and slicing through or piercing most unenhanced things with next to no trouble. However, even though this bankai is centered around precision and weakness, Tetsuo's enhanced strength in the released state is not to be disregarded.

Techniques: (retains all techs from shikai as well)

I hate you for making me use this: Pointing his blade or both at an enemy, he charges it/them with spiritual energy, and fires what appears to be a cannon-like blast of the condensed substance at an enemy. This blast can do one of two things, but not both. It can either retain immense piercing qualities, almost piercing cleanly through anything, or it can explode, causing a 20 meter explosion of high capacity. However, he dislikes using this technique, as it is too kido like for his tastes.

Now you see me...but now, you won't: Using his ability to find the weakest point in all surfaces, Tetsuo finds the easiest parts of the ground to shunpo/jet off of, and the strongest movements and ways for him to do them in. In essence, he speeds himself up even faster than shunpo normally would, as well as retaining all precision he may have had before.

Pierce the soul: For some, the weakest point is not on the outside, but the inside. This strike, is a strike against their inner weaknesses. When the opponent's physical body is struck with this, a tad of spiritual energy remaining in the blade attacks their own, attempting to corrupt their spiritual energy from the inside out. Almost like a poison, this causes great fatigue and can limit the uses of another person's kido an so forth. Basically, this is an anti spellcaster technique, though it's effects last a mere 4 posts.
