Why you want to be a mod: You are looking for chatbox mods. I have no chance due to the fact I tend to be the random target of you all but I'll submit one anyways. Yes i can be harsh but only cause I feel bothered by some convo's that will constantly crop up in the box every day. Simple things like msn, or edbuddy can be suggested as I have done and as long as people take them for what they are, suggestions, then thats fine and good. This is a group of highly sensitive people, this I understand entirely, but at times this sensitivity triggers fairly extreme reactions so I would love to assist them in a more professional manner of telling them from a standpoint where they understand I am here to help them not insult them like is assumed by said sensitive parties.

How updated you are to the Bleach manga: Fully, I likewise am a quick researcher on sensitive subjects and have for the most part been spot on for questions people have asked us on how you guys run things.

Any experience moderating websites:
Kon Kessha, admin...Mod...Admin again. I phased in and out as the site phased in and out. Hitusgaya proboards. I was a highly active and helpful member, many mods came to me for opinions and likewise several of my ideas were used. When I became a mod their it was with an influx of others picked through favoritsm and it bogged down the process so I resigned and left the 2nd admin my list of suggestions. I still assisted with all discussion through the 2nd and 3rd admin and stayed in the loop but by shortening the staff list from 9 to 5 by resigning and causing others to step back we managed to get more policies through. Several naruto role-plays, not my element and I resigned shortly after getting them started so others more interested could take over and run them. Most have lasted successfully for about a year to a year and a half before member counts dropped.

I have the experience of real-life management skills likewise as really all of that above is just words in a vacuum without a lot of substance. I understand the favoritism that can form between staff members and regular ones as well and know to avoid those situations by asking others to intervene in matters where it may arise. Hell on Kon Kessha I had 2 mods hired beneath me specifically to make decisions when it involved people I considered friends.

What you could bring to the site: Distance. Everyone here does a great job as staff, I may get bothered by you guys as you get a bit dramatic but then that is part of what makes you able to make this place work. All my sites and experience? Great and useful but never did I manage to make a place flourish like this since Kon Kessha and now that it's run it's final leg I can do nothing more for it. I would be the mod you can count on to handle things from a distance, not be emotionally involved not bring his current drama in such as these damn raccoons in my walls except as half-hearted comments of annoyance at the moment.

What you guys need is somebody who is not your friend to help maintain a bit more order. Somebody willing to perhaps be a tad bit more in your face on whats happening to give you yourself that reality check that let's you know maybe you should pause and check on whats happening around you. Events fro earlier are a key point to that, you were ready to slam me cause I made a joke about multiple charries when setsubou did which is odd considering I use characters DESIGNED to be used like that. IT's all well and good, I don't blame a single person for it and it happens. Life is hell at times and every once and awhile we'll vent and I don't mind it. But what do you think would have happened if instead of being able to keep railing me say Lance had popped in and said "hash woah it's okay...he was joking about his triplets. that's all" You would have stopped...seen it and thought okay...cool. Got it..I'm good now. Then without me feeling kinda hurt over your reaction we coulda chatted about your day to help you relieve some stress. And yeah it did kind hurt a bit, ask setsu I was in msn saying 'dude wtf did I do shit. hope she doesn't stay mad at me. I didn't mean to mess her up."

Distance....a person willing to put a hand up and reality check even his fellows. Even if(meaning when I don't) I don't get the position consider putting somebody in charge of that because frankly that did hurt my feelings. I'm a tough guy and shrugged that hurt off though cause I maintain that distance and look at the facts. Life is stressed for yah. Got it. Let it go and let her be. Cool.

Role-play experience: August 15th 2006. Started on avalon where I rped the equivalent level of Waseria.....but a tone of auto-hitting and a character that never died. Grew into a guy who takes in details and usually loses more fights then he wins. But when he wins it's cause he impaled a captain on his unseated officers sword.(do not ask...I still cannot believe I did that)

How active you can be: I am fairly active, not as much as doc mind you cause i get lucky and get to go to work....or unlucky...*stares at doc* depending on his point of view on whether I am unlucky or not...but i'm on quite often.

Yes I fully understand I won't get the job, I'm fairly certain you and kizo both dislike me with a deep-seated passion, at the very least that is the impression I get from every time we chat which I find regretful.. I apply cause I think I can help. Not cause I think I can get it. I'll respect any decisions you make, like I said you do a damn good job running this place. Like with shunko I did not argue and accepted your judgement because it made sense. Even if it did not I would have merely expressed sadness before still acknowledging the decision.
