Nycko Yumiko Casis [Fullbringer]

Physical Appearance:
Nycko has the appearance of a young male standing at 5'8" with a lean-musculed build, with blue-ish, relatively short spiky hair. Nycko is always seen wearing jeans, trainers and a vest, however Nycko wears many different jackets going form a short sleeved open navy blue jacket, a grey long sleeved jacket with pads on the shoulders, to a long sleeved leather jacket but he generally wears a designed long sleeved black jacket with its sleeves rolled up. He wears different colored vans, (generally blue, black, and green) an army tag which says "Victor of the People; Son of the Archer's bow; Angelic Gift", has hazel colored eyes, and always wears a modest royal blue band that says "Just do it." engraved in gold and a thinner black band with a Nike check engraved in silver.

Personality:
Nycko is a relaxed, easy going young adult. He tries to remain cool under pressure and make good choices, though he generally tackles things thinking only about the immediate results. He likes to be active making him an energetic person. He is down to earth so he is easy to talk to and reason with. When angry, he is naturally wild and reckless, but with the natural good-willed human desire to help those in need. He is loyal to his friends to where he may do things others would find incorrect.

Biography:
His name was given for several reasons. Nycko derived from Nico meaning "Victor of the People." Yumiko meaning "Son of the Archer's bow." Casis meaning "Angelic Gift." From the beginning Nycko was different. That was the reason his religious relatives game him at least. No one really knew Nycko's mother. Not even Nycko's father. He only remembers their year together when he met her in Greece went by quickly because of them joining marathons, competing in all sorts of competitions, and so much action, it never even seemed like Nycko's mother was even pregnant. When it was time for Nycko's father to leave Greece, Nycko's dad remembers her giving him the baby and telling him the name the baby had and that was all. Nycko's dad said he wanted to stay but something did not allow him to stay for some reason. He looked for Nycko's mom but never found her and his memories of her appearance, voice, name, all disappeared.

Nycko's father was a very successful man making it into the hall of fame of basketball, won an Oscar and a Grammy for the only movie and album he released, made investments in start-ups with almost a 100% success rate, boomed in stocks, great guy, etc. He seemed to embody success. Nycko was naturally this way too, only to a greater extent. As a child, Nycko learned several languages to amazing fluency just to forget them the next day, learned most of arithmetic and other achievements you would not notice he was able to do. One thing he was particularly successful in, though, was computer language. Something about coding was extremely easy to him and it came some easily to him that his skill was almost too unnatural. His father did not know what to relate it to, except maybe to these wristbands his mother had given Nycko's father so Nycko could get them on the his 7th birthday.

Since this was the only thing Nycko had relating to his mother, Nycko always wore the bands, as if they gave him any virtue he needed to be victorious. During a year in college, Nycko decided to return to Athens, Greece to see his birthplace. When he visited the remaster shrine of Nike, the goddess of Victory, the statue of Nike came to life, captured him, and put him through crazy hard trials where, at the very end, he was able to awaken his Fullbring. Though, through the trials, Nycko asked the statue to tell him more about his mother, it never revealed any information until the end where the statue said: "Your mother was killed by a hollow, but she now lives in a realm far beyond your reach, but, if you impress her, she may reveal herself to you." Since the encounter and the awakening of his Fullbring, Nycko worked to fight his way to gaining his mother's attention. Since his fullbring is only about 3 years old, he has a great well of power equal to a character with ADV-2, but he is only able to about ADP-0 because of its complexity.

Item: Royal blue band that says "Just do it." engraved in gold and a thinner black band with a Nike check engraved in silver.
Ability: Programming - His bracelets allow him to design "programs" where he commands reshi to do a list of things under certain constraints.
Appearance:

1. Program: Run (Black band) - The arm wearing the black band is covered in a layer of silver with a grey platinum armlet and a similarly designed shoulder pad with a golden rim. This wristband performs the ".run" techniques.
   
2. Programa Execute (Blue band) - The arm wearing the blue band is covered in a layer of gold with blue "circuits" spreading around the arm making the arm look robotic. This wristband performs the ".exe" techniques.
   
3. Program Advance(Both bands) - An arm wearing both bands will be covered in deep blue with gold and silver circuits, a golden armlet with platinum streaks, and a sharp gold shoulder pad with a platinum border. This wristband can perform both ".run" and ".exe" techniques as well as its own ".adv" techniques.

Techniques:
.Run commands - These techniques are continuous strings of commands and simple conditions, making them the easiest commands to use.

1. Cover.run - This command causes the body of the user to be engulfed in a sleek, very dense liquid platinum, giving cover for up to three posts then the bracelet needs three posts to reload this command. During this mode, though, no other .run commands can be used.
   
2. Revolve.run - This command 5 silver discs which revolve at high speeds in completely arbitrary patterns around the user giving the facade of a silver sphere. The speed and material of the discs make it possible for them to deflect most ranged attacks and block physical attacks that come near. If one of the discs blocks something, it will stay at the location blocking the attack until there is no more danger from the direction. The command generally lasts up to four posts, each post lowers the defensive quality of the discs. It takes 5 posts for the command to upload.
   
3. Streamline.run - This command covers the users body with an invisible veil which causes the body to be more aerodynamic and responsive, so dodging is exponentially easier. It lasts two posts and takes three posts to upload.
   
4. Variable.run - This command forms something similar to a blob which can immediately be reformed into an object no longer nor wider than 10 feet in either direction. This can last up to 10 posts for the first use and has an upload time of two posts. Every subsequent use while the Fullbring's Program Run is active will make the blob last two posts with a two post cool-down time. If the command is terminated before 5 posts, the post length will reset to 10. If the command is terminated before the post limit runs out, the post length will rest to 5. (Ex. Variable is used for 4 posts, then the next time it is used, it will once again last 10 posts. If Variable is used for 7 posts, the next time it is used, it will last 5 posts.
   

.Exe commands - These techniques are action commands, relying on less commands and more conditions.

1. Arrow.exe - This technique shoots a red laser-like arrow at a very specific target. Only four arrows can be used in one post.
   
2. Canon.exe - This technique molds the arm using Program Execute into a cyborg canon which shoots a Cero-strength beam. The beam has an upload time of two posts.
   
3. Shield.exe - This technique forms a shield of any size (bigger shields cost more energy) and shape which has a very high resistance. The shield has an upload time of two posts.
   
4. Accelerate.exe - This technique allows the user to displace themselves to another area where they have recently had Program Execute active. This technique has an upload time of two posts.
   

.Adv commands - These techniques are special commands with special properties and are generally more taxing than the other commands.

1. Aware.adv - The connection of the Program Advance causes the nerves and their senses to go into a very sensitive mode where all forms of perception are sharply increased to where the user is able to observe almost down to the microscopic level. This technique can last two posts and will upload in two posts.
   
2. Nova.adv - The circuits of program advance surge into the air forming 7 blobs with the nature of Variable.run except they always reset to 10 posts but each have an upload time of three posts.
   
3. Gigas.adv - Program Advance covers the users body in a warrior/robot armor which makes him more resilient, strong, and mobile. The command lasts 10 post but it cancels if it receives too much use or damage. Its upload time is 5 posts.
   
4. Victory.adv - This command is similar to to both Arrow.exe and Canon.exe. It shoots a blast rivaling the Gran Rey Cero with the same conditions of Arrow.exe. The laser's greatest strength is that it shoots beams under Absolute Zero which allow it to consume most of what it touches. This command can only be used twice per use of Program Advance and has an upload time of five posts.
   

Passive Abilities

1. All programs and semi-active programs can make a red pointing laser with varying intensities, with the max intensity being a laser strong enough to burn through glass.
   
2. All programs and semi-active programs can perform spectroscopy.
