Leto's bio is gonna be kinda sad now... I'm listening to sad OSTs while writing it. T^T

I never had a bio for Leto in the first place. xD Too lazy. Still, it will probably be kinda short, unless I really go into detail with the human and togabito stage of her life.

Teperature control using playind cards to mark boundry points; if there are 3 cards on the ground, I would be able to increase or decrease the temperature in that area. the larger the area, the longer it would take to change (due to an increase in the amount of energy needed to change it). eg: the cards could be whatever temperature when thrown (provided the material can withstand the temperature), and it would take well under a second to bring a short line to an extreme temperature, whereas it would take a square meter about 1-3 seconds (I still need to think about what would be fair) and 2 square meters would take 4 times that time, etc.

Well, an ability like that will need some pretty good limitations.

@Hash: Just build a basic bio, then include the shit that happened last site...IE them getting out of hell and her decision to join the EL.

well like I said, it takes time and energy for the temperature change to work. Since unlimited energy is strictly forbiden, and this is a fullbring, you can expect the user to tire whilist using it. this extends into actually keeping the temperature there, which would require a constant flow of energy, with smaller areas (ones which are filled quickly) loosing heat faster than larger ones (which fill slower) obviously, this means setting is of huge importance with this power; a large, flat, rocky terrain outdoors would be horrible, but an insulated building would work perfect. seeing as how often in bleach people are fighting on a mound of rubble, I would call this a disadvantage.
