Too Quiet(Rou and then Open)

Having left Las Noches for a moment, Daxel made his appearence out into the sands of Hueco Mundo. With the coin lying in his pocket, he felt strange not relying on itsnjudgement. Then again, he was tired of relying on its judgement as well. So, he decided to take back his control of things. Stepping along the sands, his gaze centered upon the ground before him. His eyes dull, of course, as his hands lied in his pockets. The sides of his coat-tail being extended out as his blade lied at his waist. "Has it always been this quiet? It seems my past time upon the sands have been forgotten, for the most part. I wonder why its so quiet? Maybe the hollows have died, though i doubt so." he states as he came to a stop.

Some seconds later, the ground began to quake and rumble as sand passed him by and formed into a large sand hollow. Daxel showed no sign of worry or emotion. He did seem to be paying attention to something else.

"No one pass upon my land, Las Noches belongs to me." said the sand hollow.

Daxel's gaze shifted up to the beast, now annoyed as he seem to not know who it was speaking too. Vanishing, he appeared behind the beast, continuing his pace.

"UGH!!!! I dare you ignore me, Pest! Die!" it states turning. Its large fist came down upon the location of where Daxel stood. Sand erupted into the air for a moment as the fist pulled back.

"I do not like when others intrude on my walks. Especially when they are weak, pitiful, and beneath me. You should of known who it was you were speaking to from the start, but you did not. For that, death is your penalty." states Daxel as he appeared within the air. Raising his left arm and pointing his index finger foward. A purple and black ball of light formed before his finger, forming into a ball. Seconds later as it erupted foward as it sent a large wave that had the same size as the hollow. A cero, not ordinary at the least, as it vanished the entire body of the sand beast hollow. Vanishing, he appeared upon the ground and continuing his walk.

Daxel did not really say much, not really listening that much to the Princess Daxi mess. "Yeah, yeah, yeah, yada yada. Fairy Tails are foolish." he states with a yawn following once again. His gaze shifted to the side at the male as he turns away. "You're not going t acknowledge your side-kick, he seems to be your perfect match. You never stop talking, and he does not talk at all. He just watches, bows, and grins. Perfect for you, who knows, he may also have the same....... Mindset, as you do." he states as he had hope that he became her new conquest. To much of Rou in your company can be a tiring thing, he actually felt as if he was dropping chromosomes and becoming mentally unstable being around her this long.

Coming to a stop, his gaze shifted off to the left of him as he notice grains of sand moving about in that direction. Sighing, he knew it was another one of those hollows, but decided to leave it alone, he felt that the male or Rou could handle it all, while he rests and walks.

A medium-sized Hollow watched from a distance, as the prey he had been hunting was sent into a frenzy, stampeding towards the two Arrancar's off in the distance. The figure had a rather thick body, with a writhing tail in the place of any lower torso, two powerful, clawed hands jutting out on either side of the carapace, with one draconic head poking out the middle, the eyes of the beast closed, though it stared directly at the stampeding hollows. Quickly, he slithered his way to one of the stragglers, grabbing it with a powerful claw, stuffing as much into his mouth as he could fit, leaving a trunk and two claws hanging out of his jaw, before he shot into the air, landing on another Hollow that was quite a few times larger than him. Despite the obvious size difference, the draconic Hollow tore the throat out of the larger one with ease, quickly taking bites here and there, more of the body seeming to disappear than just one person could eat, before the Hollow eyed the herd and Arrancars, watching to see what they did, the bleeding body of the now-dead Hollow below it.

Four voices at once echoed in the head of the Hollow.

"Kill the hollow-traitor-end their suff-tear them limb fro-ast on the bodies of the Hollows!" The Hollow opted to ignore these, instead watching to see the reactions of the Arrancar. He already knew the outcome. Their power was fairly high, so they were most likely going to slaughter the Hollows; meaning whatever was leftover was probably just for him to consume.

Rou was stricken for a moment, gasping loudly with obvious fakeness added in to make it seem more dramatic. "Foolish. Really Princess you're so clueless. I pity you truly now" The girl shook her head, crossing her arms over her chest. When she looked back over her shoulder she took notice of the lack of Karis in sight and again she pouted. Who was to help her cheer up the gloomy man now? She kicked at the sand which only resulted in it dirtying her white boots which made her slump forward even more. even if she had taken down a dragon it just wasn't her day.

"Why bother if he's not gonna be all sidekick-like..." the blonde muttered out through her pouting, glancing up to Daxel. Just as she finished her grumbling Rou felt the ground beneathe her begin to vibrate as well as the sand shifting, rolling down the tall white dunes. "What...? " She lifted her head, turning around in the direction of a screech she heard, one that sounded much like a hollow. That lone scream was then joined by countless others and she understood what was happening. the face she wore now made it seem like she had never been upset to begin with, pale skin lighting up with a blush of excitement and her eyes transfixed on the first few hollows to come stampeding over one of the dunes.

"Gotta save the princess!" she shouted when Daxel took no interest in raising his blade against them. This made her smile even more, that rush of heroism taking over her. She squealed with excitement, clapping her hands together quickly with plain overjoyment. "Don't worry Princess~" She called back to the other espada before vanishing in a sonido, leaving only a rising cloud of sand where she had just stood. Not a moment later she reappeared in the air above the first few hollows, a much to happy look on her face as she shot down toward them, her butterfly swords now drawn. They were put to use quickly as they made impact with her first target, the short blades stabbing through the bone white mask of the rather large hollow with a sickening crunch and cracking sound. It let out an ear rupturing scream as those blades continued on their path down, leaving to deep gashes that sprayed with blood.

"One down Princess!!" Rou shouted as she landed, waving toward Daxel and so it seemed she had et her guard down completely. A group of Hollow had taken this chance unknowing that the espada had already been charging a cero in the palm of her hand. One of the hollows had taken the lead, one larger than all the rest. It was just about to bring its giant fist down on the small female while she wasn't looking when there was a bright yellow flash that lit up the entire sky. In the blink of an eye there was a montorous hole left gaping in the large hollow. Finally looking its way, Rou could see right through the mortal wound she had left in not only the large hollow but also dozens that had been following behind it. "Thats gotta be at least 20 now Princess!" she announced proudly as the large hollow crashed down beside her.

Karis would continue his long dull walk behind the Hollows that he had purposely frightened towards Rou an the other espada. His baggy white pants blowing within the soft breeze as did his vest which showed a clear view of his massive chest since he was a large brute. Continuing to carry his large broadsword upon his right shoulder he would then stop as he felt a new hollow enter the area. One much stronger then the others, he would then watch as it attacked the others as they ran from Karis.

Continuing to watch the creature as he could hear the over joy from Rou. But seeing as it was nothing he would turn his attention back towards her just in time to see the cero coming towards him. Side stepping out of the way as the cero flew past him burning his vest. Looking over at her he would smirk but not say a word knowing it would do no good. Taking one step with his left leg he would sonido behind a Hollow an raise his left hand. As he did he would thrust it forward shoving it through his back an bursting from his chest. The hollow would scream in pain before shortly dieing afterwards. Tossing the body to the side blood would drip from his finger tips as it flowed down his large arm.

His right eye began to twitch as the female continued to address him as "Princess". He was not fond of being called out of his name. Sighing, he once again ignored it all. Looking off to the opposite direction of Rou and the hollows as his pace did not cease. As he gained grown, his pace would soon be twarted by the sudden appearence of another rising sand hollow. Sighing, he momentarily shut his eyes, inhaling and exhaling as they slowly opened to the sight of a on-coming fist. Not moving, he waited till the last second as he used sonido to appear before the idiot hollow. His hands still in his pockets as he charged a cero at his neck. The arching blue and red(forgot the colors XD) mixed cero blasted through the top half of the hollows body. Landing, he continued in his pace.

The dragon-turtle-like hollow watched as hollow after hollow fell to the mighty forces of the Arrancar. He opted not to move, but rather, let them do the work for him. He didn't care who killed them, so long as the remnants were his to consume. Idly, he wondered whether the arrancar's still felt the hunger he had as a Hollow, or whether this nuisance was rid of him after he were to turn. He had thought of becoming an arrancar many times, but wanted to become the strongest he could before becoming one; which meant reaching Vasto Lorde rank. He shoved the last limb of the kill down his gullet, before slowly approaching the group. He stayed a good distance away, so as not to be thought to be a part of the other idiots, though close enough to be seen and acknowledged.

As the dust cloud cleared from the giant hollow's colapse, the blonde noticed her fraccion, doing his part in taking care of some of the hollows. This fact made her smile cheerfully. She rasied her hands up into the air, giving the tall male a thumbs up with each hand. "Go Karis!" Rou cheered on, bringing her hands back down to clap with glee. "He's such a good sidekick" the blonde sighed out happily before quickly turning to throw her fist into the mask of an attacking hoolow, shattering the bone with ease under her force. There was a short cut off scream as the light left its glowing eyes and it toppled over, landing on top of the bodies of other hollows.

Rou caught sight of another cero blast of a different color. She turned and looked quickly enough to see Daxel taking part in his own fight and she gave a small gasp. "Princess is fighting too? He must be one of those independent princesses" she mused to herself. Normally she would swoop in and save the damsel in distress though this time it appeared that that damsel was getting by just fine without her. Not to mention she still had her own problem of a dozen or so hollows left to take care of, which could hardly be considered a problem.

Wasting no more time, Rou took off in another Sodino, leaving a trail of dust in her path. When she became visible to the normal eye once more there were trains of blood following her, sliding off the ends of her twin blades. A second later each of the hollows left all of a sudden had gaping wounds opening up, showering eachother in their blood before they too fell under the espada's power. Keeping to her ways Rou threw one hand up in the air her bnlade pointing towards the moon, the other holding her second butterfly sword out in front of her. Her hips were slightly pushed out to the side and she wore a cocky smirk. All of these were features of one of her several Heroic Poses she was known for.

"All done princess!" her dramatic pose was forgotten and she twirlded around, her hands as well as the swords retreating back into the confines of her long sleeves. It was then she noticed one last hollow and her spinning came to a halt. It didn't seem to be attacking, only watching. The tercera kept her green eyes upon it as she darted through the sand to reach Daxel's side once again.

Kairs left arm would continue to drip blood as he looked over watching his espada clap at him for helping out even though it was just a little. Turning his attention towards the other male as he watched the cero fire out an only smirked at him. Turning his back towards the two espadas as he looked down upon his arm watching the crimson blood drip away he would begin to become hungry from the sight. As blood lust begin to build at a dramatic extent he would then shift his crimson eyes towards the only Hollow that was left. Seeing as it was no threat still he would turn away from it an begin to walk away from them once more. his hunger for flesh grew an grew with each step causing his stomach to growl softly.

Reaching about half a mile away from them in what seemed like only minutes for the large brute of a Arrancar. The massive broad sword that had the words fang written on them stayed upon his right shoulder never seeming to leave it. Reaching another mile away from them in the never ending desert known as Hueco Mundo. His short spiky black hair moving in the wind softly as did his white vest showing more of his large toned body.

As he walked with his reiatsu low he would begin to attract large hollows to his position an only smirked as he felt them coming. As the first reached him in little time at all it would send its large talons towards his left shoulder blade. Turning to his right the attack would fly past his chest as the Hollow had missed its mark. Not wasting anytime Kairs would reach out an grab the hollows arm as the massive broadsword fell from his shoulder an stabbed into the ground. The hollow would then begin to try an yank its arm away but seeing he was unable to do so made him wonder why this low level Arrancar was able to hold onto him with ease. Karis would only smirk once more as he would then yank the Hollow forward towards him an reach out with his right hand grabbing it by the throat an then lifting it into the air an finally slaming it back down into the ground causing sand to erupt around them high into the air. The hollow would cough up blood a little an then begin to mutter out the words. "How?" Kairs would simply open his mouth slightly licking his lips. The hollows beady little eyes would widen as within seconds Kairs would begin to devour it alive. Screams of a hollow would echo through the sand dunes.

Basilisk stared on as they fought, before turning, hearing a multitude of people off to his right. He looked, before feeling a spiritual pressure of such intensity, that while he couldn't kneel, his head did bow before the man. He looked up, and despite his eyes being closed, saw the man whom had just appeared; the lord of Hueco Mundo. Basilisk looked again, to see all of the Hollows being skewered, save the Vasto Lorde. It was odd, to see an Arrancar spare a hollow. Often, Basilisk thought that the Arrancar harbored a hatred for Hollows, and would kill them whenever possible; making him think of himself as gutsy, for approaching arrancar's. He was surprised when he was left standing, too, by the King of Hueco Mundo. Instead of gawking, he decided to lower his head, in a sign of respect and thanks. While Basilisk fancied himself powerful already, even he could tell when something was stronger than him by far, and he respected that. Those weaker than him, however, deserved no respect until they prove themselves to him. In essence, the Hollow merely looked on, to see what the Arrancar would do. Were he not so curious, he would have left immediately, his life being spared; but curiosity got the best of him, as he watched the reaction of the Vasto Lorde and arrancar, seeing one of the male arrancar leave.

The blonde stopped in her tracks when she heard the roar of hollows. She turned on her heals, looking curiously in the direction where she now spotted a large horde of them, their targets obvious. Rou was already moving her hands to once again release her blades from their holsters at her forearms but she was stopped by a new, overwhelming reiatsu that pounded down on the area. All she heard now was the cries of hollows as they were crushed under the power so much stronger than their own but not killed. Even with the torturous screams around her the tercera's face lit up with new joy. She knew that reiatsu well and she wasn't disappointed when Caelum, their lord, made his appearance before her. However good of a mood she was in now, she refrained from leaping up and throwing her arms around the man as she would greet any one else. Instead she gave a slight bow of her head in her honorable heroin manner, listening intently to the order he gave. "Yes, My Lord!" she couldn't help how she leaped up half way nor the sweet giggle. How much she loved that line, saying it just like a knight.

"Neh! Kar-is...." Rou looked around, her fraccion not in her sight even though she had seen him just minutes before. She put on a frown, huffing out a heavy breath. He had abandoned her once again. "I'll go find everyone" with that said she spun around, giving a salute toward Caelum as she did so. As she took off the espada looked back toward Daxel as he opened his garganta to leave. "Bye bye Princess!" Rou called even if she had picked up on what he said.

As she ran over one of the dunes she slowed, turning around and watching Caelum for a moment as he took care of the hollows, leaving only two, a vaste lorde and the other hollow that had been watching them since earlier. It amazed her what easy work he made of the task. She waved down toward him before getting back to her own task, launching herself into a sonido to track down her fraccion and any other espada that might be out roaming the desert.

After completely devouring the first hollow that had attacked him he would rise to his feet. His finger tips covered in blood. but surprizing that was was the only thing stained with blood. Raising his right hand to his lips he would slowly slide out his tongue an lick his finger tips cleaning the blood from them. As he did he would notice more hollows coming from the ground an charging towards him. Smirking at the sight he would reach down with his right hand as it grasp his Zanpakuto seeing that he was about to have more fun. But as soon as he was about to release it he felt a over powering wave of reiatsu coming from where Rou had been with the other Espada. Looking over his left shoulder towards the area with his crimson eyes he would know whom it was. It was the power of their lord he had felt an he knew that it must be time.

Turning his head back towards the hollows as they continued to charge at him he would take one an then break out in a sonido. Moving towards them at a amazing speed he would reach them in no time. Looking as a blurr as only some of him could be seen flashing between them. Only seconds later he would appear behind them sliding his Zanpakuto back into its sheath an then look over his shoulder. "Pathetic" would be the only words that left his mouth. An as they did the Hollows would begin to split in half as blood shot up like a fountain an their now corpses fall to the ground lifeless.

Rou continued her run through the sands, looking around the monochrome scene with a bit of a pout. "Karisssss! Hey! Karis!" she shouted out as she looked for her fraccion with a happy smile, skipping in her step. How could she not be happy? Finally things were beginning to happen in Hueco Mundo. Thier lord had come to see her himself and given her a task though it might have been small and meaningless to most others. To her it was a scouting mission given to a knight, gathering all the strongest in the land to join together under the King's rule, readying for a glorifying battle of heroes. "So Amazing!" she cheered as she imagined the future, fighting along with the other espada for the greater good.

The blonde couldn't help but leap up and spin, spotting Karis as she did so. "Oh! oh oh oh!" When she landed she froze, throwing her hand out to point in his direction. "Karis!" she shouted again, waving her hands in the air frantically. "Karis! We gotta go!" Rou called out, hoping to catch the male's attention. "Theres a meeting we have to go to. Lord Caelum has called on us!" She spun again, intentionally making her feet slip in the sand. Rou slid from the dune she was standing upon down to its base where she took off running toward the man. She ran through the blood, unfazed by it. "Neh! Did you hear me?" she asked in a highpitched voice as she spun the rest of the way to Karis, latching onto his arm when she did. Rou looked up to the taller male with glistening green eyes that looked more like a child's. "Its gonna be so great right?! Me, you, Princess and all the others!~"

With everyone else leaving, the Hollow decided he'd leave, also. He looked to the Vasto Lorde, who had slumped to his knees, shocked as the Espada Lord demolished his entire army. The Basilisk chuckled, seeing the complete and utter state of despair the King of Hueco Mundo had put him in, as he started consuming the remains of all of the Hollows that he been killed, before crawling away, trying to find a meal elsewhere.

Eventually, he came across another Hollow, one gasping for breath, showing the exact same wound that the others had retained when they had fallen to the King of Hueco Mundo. The Basilisk chuckled, knowing the Hollow was going to die anyway. He put one of his hands against the Hollow's head, before squeezing gently, easily crushing the skull of the thing, before consuming the remains, carrying on afterwards.

The Basilisk turned, upon hearing a voice of command call to him. He turned, as he began crawling/slithering towards the Hollow King and Vasto Lorde, curious as to what he could want with him. The Hollow seemed perfectly calm, though the turmoil in his head was enough to drive many insane. The other four voices demanded that he either kill himself, was trying to convince him that he was going to die, or to just run; either way, no matter what they suggested, the outlook looked grim. One of the four, however, one of the few reasonable ones, suggested he see what the Hollow King wanted. Surely he knew that the Basilisk wasn't a part of this attack of Hollows, purely by the fact that he was spared.

Upon reaching the two, the Hollow bowed his head once, before raising it again. While he knew not who the man was, he knew in an instant that he wasn't powerful enough to defy him, and he seemed to be either royalty, or immensely powerful, possibly being both, Basilisk assumed. "Yes, sir?" He asked, adding the respectful suffix at the end.

Removing his right forearm from the hollows sternuim as blood gushed out all over the sand he would turn as he continued to feel the powerful pressure coming from where his espada was. But as he felt her power level move an then begin to come towards her he would turun his head back as he looked over the sands of hueco Mundo. A feel of relief swallowed him knowing that Rou was safe due to the feel of the massive pressure. As he heared her voice he would turn an see her running towards him with a high pitch voice an smirks. Hearing her words he would nod still not saying a word an walks over towards her as he rips his massive broadsword from the ground with his bloody right hand an sits it upon his right shoulder. As he reached her he would lean down extending his left arm to wrap around her small frame.

If she let him he would pick her up off the ground with ease an then sit her down on his left shoulder. During the mean time his thoughts would stay upon the massive pressure that he felt wondering if it was their lord that has come. Snaping his attention back towards her he would wait for her directions to know where they were going to next.

Rou allowed him to pick her up, giggling like a child as he did so. "Its so high!~" she mused, looking down at the ground from her perch. "Karis is so big and strong" She lifted her arms up, flexing her muscles underneath her coat sleeves with youthful laughter. "Such a perfect sidekick~" Lowering her arms she leaned forward some, wrapping one around Karis's neck with the other one pointing out ahead of them through the path of slaughtered hollows. "We need to go back to Las Noches for the meeting" the blonde directed, sitting upright again.

"Though I think another one of us is out here somewhere...we should probably find them and tell them..." she thought aloud. Restless as always she leaned back until she was completely bent over his shoulder, her long hair reaching down into the sand. "It'd sure be a shame for us to fail on this easy mission and leave some one behind" Rou tapped her chin before lifting her head up slightly to look to her fraccion. "But Princess is probably going to bore himself to death if I don't show up soon and take care of him. Such a pity. What do you think? Should we go on back or look around?"

He would look out over the sands as his thoughts continued to wonder at the massive pressure towards the way she had come from. Wondering on how it was to had watch their lord slaughter all those hollows with grace an ease. But snapping his mind back to listen to what she was saying he would look out over the slaughter hollows as she pointed in that direction. But hearing her other words come in would stop him from moving as she continued to think on what we shall do. Sighing he would reach his left arm back up to his shoulder grabbing her waste softly an picking her up an then sitting her down on her feet within the sand. "I well search for the others My'Lady" He would say in deep tone but it was soft. Not really speaking much his voice could shock anyone that hasnt heared it before.

Once the words had left his mouth he would bow his head towards her an then stand fully up towering over her like he did most. He would then turn away from her as his right foot barried into the sand for only a second before he had pushed off into a sonido vanishing from sight with great speed. Heading towards other that may be lurking around within Hueco Mundo.

Rou was a bit surprised to find herself being picked up once more and then to be gently put back on her feet by the man. She turned to look at Karis, questioning in her eyes that demanded an answer he soon gave to her. She wasn't left at a loss to the sound of his voice like most others would be. Kairs would rarely talk to anyone but having the luxury of having him as a fraccion she was one of the few who got to hear the oddly soft voice from the large man. Questioning turned to a bright smile and the girl nodded with understanding. "Good idea Kairs!!" she praised light heartedly. "I'll meet you there!" she called as he took off in a sonido to track down any other espada, her arms waving in the air. "Bye bye!" she shouted even though she wasn't sure if he would still be able to hear it.

Turning once again she set off in a skip though the mess of dead hollows, getting traces of blood on the bottom of her boots that left a trail for a while in the pure white sand in her wake. It was clear that a bit of blood wasn't going to bother the espada though as she hummed to herself a heroic tune that would likely be played during the fight scene of a fairy tale like movie. It played perfectly in her head all the time and only now that something was actually happening did it seem fitting. Or at least it would be soon enough so she hoped.

Her skip turned into a bounding run and released her two already bloodied butterfly blades from their confines, slashing at imaginery things as she ran, turning in her step for dramatics, and dodging invisble weapons. All the while she laughed like a child playing make believe, which this truly. It wasn't until she spotted the white walls of Las Noches that she snapped from her fantasy world, stopping in her steps at the top of a dune. "Princess!! I'm Coming to save you!!" she shouted out, cupping her hands around her mouth to become louder, not that Daxel would even be able to hear her. She took off in a dead run, leaving a trail of rising dusty sand in her wake.
