Personality: Taifuun is an incredibly outspoken individual. He is never afraid to speak his mind, no matter the topic. As such, his opinions are well known throughout the entirety of the Soul Society. Tai tries not to get to down about things and has gained the nickname "Forever-Smile Shinigami". Despite his public cheery appearance, Tai is more than capable of being serious should the situation request it.
Angering Tai is not an easy feat to accomplish, but once such a mountain is scaled, anyone should watch out. He is not one to hold back when someone he cares for is on the line.
Tai is incredibly social, capable of starting a conversation with someone completely unknown to him. He spends most of his time in areas of social gathering/participation, looking for an interesting topic to chime in about.
Physical Appearance: Tai is a tall, built man. He stands 6'2" and his shoulders tower over people like the trunk of a tree. His demeanor immediately demands the respect of any audience. As such, he is rarely underestimated by opponents or other person(s). His appearance is completely contrary to his personality, but it is the one he was given by whoever made him.

Tai was brought into wealth as soon as his mother gave birth to him in the hospital room. Even while in pain, never had such elegance and beauty graced the walls of the hospital he had been born in. His father lay there, joy in his eyes as his newborn son was brought into the world. Their cries of happiness echoed down the hall and woke up several other newborn babies. Their cries too echoed down the satin-laced walls.
Being rich proved to be nothing but a drag for Tai ever since he was old enough to comprehend life. Friends were not truly friends and having to put on a face whenever he went out to dinner with his parents proved tiresome for a simple-minded person such as Tai. Regardless, his happiness came uninterrupted. He made it a point, from a very young age, to find the best in anything. A smile never left his face, even during hardships.
Tai moved out of his parents' home at the tender age of 19. He bothered not with venturing out to any further education. He opted instead for enjoying every second of life. He quickly took out the hefty sum his parents had saved for him. With this money, he bought a house on the suburban area of the city. He was happy here and enjoyed his life to the fullest amount. His glass was always half full.
While living in this suburban area, Tai began to recognize people weren't really there. They made no contact with the human world and no one but him could see them. This frightened Tai greatly, but he soon learned to live with it. They didn't bother him so much. That is, until a certain incident. While biking into the city, Tai noticed a large, black figure in the distance. Being the curious person he was, he made his way toward the figure. Once there, what he saw nearly scared him to death. This monster was nothing less than a devil. His face was white, and his body was pitch black. It was, simply, a walking nightmare.
Experiencing something that frightening changed Taifuun into a hermit. He stayed home all day for fear of once again encountering such a monster. He occasionally made trips to the market and whatnot, but that was about it. Unfortunately for Tai, his untimely death would be had during these brief visits. He was hit square in the face by a moderately-sized rock on his trip to the market, putting him in a coma that would quickly lead to his death.
Once dead, Tai found that his eyes were awakened once again. He had simply been... Resurrected? No, that couldn't be it. He wandered around in confusion before realizing that the physical state of the world no longer applied to him anymore. It took him awhile, but he finally realized that he was a spirit similar to the ones he had seen in his past life. He accepted the fate that he had received and came to terms with his new life. After much denial and false-reasoning, his eyes would once again close. He accepted the fate that he had received and came to terms with his new life.
After what seemed like an eternity, he would once again open his eyes. This time, he was greeted by a black gate. Luckily for him, he was guided in by a figure in black robes. He was lead into the living areas, a place where he didn't need to worry about monsters. This brought Tai back to his pre-hermit phase. He would once again venture out and experience "life" as it was meant to be experienced.
Life soon became boring for Tai. He kept looking for new forms of entertainment, but nothing could hold him long enough. He decided he would sign up for the academy. Here he would face rigorous training that would put him on the career path of a Shinigami. Several years passed before he would leave the confines of the academy as a Shinigami, but the years he wasted doing so would prove worth it.
Tai once again began to enjoy life. He spent most of his free-time training to become what he is now. He had tasted the Fruit of Life twice, and was ready for a third.
Inner world appearance: Taifuun's "Inner World" is a bright place that perfectly matches his personality. Hills can be seen on the outskirts, but the rest of the world is plain and flat. Grass gleefully flows as the wind strikes it, and the skin glistens with the shine of the sun.
ZanpakutōName: Sora (Sky)
Zanpakutō spirit: A man dressed in white robes resides in Tai's "Inner World". He is often seen sitting with his legs crossed and his sword resting across his knees. He is tall and built like Tai, but his face is one of worry instead of happiness. Regardless, he is a carefree spirit that shares the same personality as Taifuun.
Sealed form: Sora is a unique, yet simple zanpakuto. Its back edge is somewhat curved, taking on the appearance of cracks in the blade. The blade itself is a shiny silver, much like the zanpakuto of every other Shinigami. The sword's hilt is wrapped in black bandages to create a firm "grip" for the user.

Shikai Call out phrase: "
Down from the Heavens, Down to my Blade."
Shikai description: Sora's appearance is not altered in his Shikai form, but a visible, crackling field of lightning can be seen along the blade. This lightning can be shot out at the opponent at incredible speeds, shocking and damaging the opponent.
Ability: Sora can now shoot moderate-sized beams of lightning from his blade. These strikes of lightning are incredibly fast and deal a considerable amount of damage to an individual.

Description: A beam of lightning is shot out at the opponent, causing considerable amounts of damage.
Name:Zeus' Casket
Description: The shroud of lightning that crackles along Sora is now "thicker". It completely surrounds the blade, heightening the strikes to new levels. This robe of lightning can be dispersed at will, sending the lightning towards the opponent.
BankaiBankai name: Sora Tendou

Sora Tendou is changed in appearance once its Bankai Mode is awakened. Its handle and hilt have both changed in physical appearance, as well as in color. The entirety of the blade is a mixture of white and gold, with the actual blade being solid gold. A yellow lightning is emitted from the blade, but it isn't as visible as it is in Shikai.
The blade's size has not changed whatsoever, and its weight remains the same.
Ability: Complete manipulation/creation of lightning is attained while in this mode. Not only can Tai freely control lightning, he can change his body composition to one of lightning, allowing him to essentially become a bolt of electricity in humanoid-form. When in his "Lightning Form," Tai's speed and power are upgraded to incredible levels. His speed is such that it would appear that he is teleporting from place to place rather than physically moving. His lightning form's levels of electricity range anywhere from 100 million volts of electricity to 200 million volts of electricity. Tai is capable of shooting small, streamlined bolts of electricity through his fingertips in this form. Tai's lightning attacks are incredibly fast, enabling him to skillfully outmaneuver his opponents with distractions if he so wished.

Name:Skyfall
Description: This is a long-ranged technique packed with incredible amounts of destructive power. This is done through the gathering of a massive cluster of electric particles way over the opponent's head. The particles are then condensed into a massive bolt of lightning that is sent down at the opponent. This attack can be launched from his hands and mouth when in his "Lightning Form".
Name:Sky Charge
Description: The particles in the entirety of the battlefield go under Tai's control. They can be heated or destroyed as he wishes. This allows Tai to create moderate-sized explosions in any area within the constraints of the battlefield.
Name:Thunder Clap
Description: The air around Tai is heated to incredible levels. Once it reaches an adequate temperature, it will explode. This is used as a means of defense to prevent head-on attacks from the opponent.
Name:The End of the Heavens
Description: A gargantuan ball of electricity is created in the air. This sphere is capable of obliterating entire areas. Its direction is directed by Taifuun. This is Taifuun's end-all attack.
Name:Thunder Dragoon
Description: A large lion made up entirely of electricity is created in the air above Tai. This dragon smashes the opponent with its body, effectively electrocuting him/her in the process.

Taifuun awoke from his deep slumber and looked out the tinted windows of his gargantuan home. Sunlight immediately took its place within the constrains of his eyes, forcing him to move his arm to shade himself. "
What a beautiful day to go down to the bar and socialize," he thought to himself. Tai had not had the
honor of indulging himself in such a day in a long time. Days like these were uncommon in his part of town. Rain usually encompassed the entirety of his small, suburban neighborhood, forcing the children and adults to hibernate inside their homes like helpless bears. Tai would not let this day go by without enjoying it to the fullest.
Dragging himself out of bed proved to longer be a chore. The excitement of what waited for him was too much to fight against. He had no intent to quarrel once again with the temporary casket that was his bed. He paid no mind toward the making of his bed, and instead opted to change into more suitable clothes immediately. Whipping on some jeans and a t-shirt, Tai made his way down the wooden-based staircase into the kitchen. His pots and pans had not been used in months. He simply lived off noodles these days despite the several delicacies that lay inside his cupboard. Still, he had no time to waste with the microwaving of noodles this morning. He ran straight out his front-door and mounted his bike, giddy as the sun struck its metallic base.
Despite living in riches his entire life, Tai was an incredibly simple man. He rode his bike to work everyday even though he had a perfectly good vehicle sitting in his garage. His enjoyment came not from fancy restaurants or town-hall balls. They instead came from the simple conversations he held with the several people he met around town. This was his one hobby, the one thing he truly looked forward to in this otherwise cruel, helpless world.
Tai was close to the bar now. He could see it not too far off, probably a mile away. Taking a break, Tai unmounted his bike to catch a breather. Not ten minutes passed before he sat himself back on his bike and began peddling. Not ten seconds passed before a single rain drop landed on his nose, and a loud boom erupted in the sky....
