Personality: He's freindly, not much difference between him and your everyday shinigami or human. He is friendly with hollows and his own kind liking to speak with and interect with them often. In battle he is playful at first the will grow serious striking with more powerful and precise blows. He is a negotiable man so when all else fails say "Hey, give you a snickers to leave me alone." If you can make hima a better offer then what he has he'll take it in a Coruscant Nanosecond((don't actually try snickers)). He has an almost stony resolve to cause change among his kind to a way of more peaceful existence in the realm. And his eyes speak of some wisdoms gained in his years away. Though he realizes peace in the realms means that the arrancar must someday be supreme and then run things as such. He is definitely more sensible about his actions though things linger from his idealistic past to the bitter end and he still sometimes will preach in an almost philosphical manner.
He's a calculating man, waying odds, and showing that his true power is that of his mind, to understand the world and begin to plan for it's utter destruction by himself and his masters. While his low position does speak lightly of him he does indeed have a mind ripe with ideas, strategies, and skills beyond several, perhaps in some small ways better then espada as far as mental cpacity would go.
Knowledge of his own limitations and an acute sense to watch every single movement of those around him lends him a specific ear to knowing how to dismantle a person, physically and mentaly. To understand the ins and outs of any society, be they the arrancar, the strange brotherhood, or the inner workings of the shinigami. To study and understand based on the smallest of clues, a passion unlimited in joy for Ceniza.

Ceniza takes the form of a fairly large bird like hollow. Measuring roughly the size of a large suv and with a wingspan of nearly 11 meters. He has a bone-like structure about him lacking feathery definition to the plating over his body. A string of ten long braided feather tails trail off him and he has some rudimentary control over them but nothing so fine tuned as to pick up a small object. For an adjuchas he is cautious and rarely seen on the ground just to be safe.
Bio:Ceniza's recorded history starts in the middle of a tragic childhood. Ceniza was passed through various foster homes where he met various new schools that held even more various bullies. He grew up getting picked on and pranked and beat up by them until one day, fed-up, he slammed a fist into his attackers face. He felt exhilerated by the blood that came from the boys nose. The pain that he had caused the boy. He leapt at him striking again and again until a man walking by pulled him from the boy and literally tossed him through the air into a wall. The man proceeded to slap him around until finally stopping when the boy caught his hand on the third slap. He tried to kick the man but he was not even partially trained and the man smashed his foot down atop Saiketsu's and then struck him in the gut causing him to blackout.
When he awoke he was at his foster home, The man was speaking with the poeple that were watching him and they apparently did not like what they were hearing. The man discussed his attack on the boy and his stopping him, though he left out the parts about hitting Ceniza saying he had simply hit him once in the gut to stop his struggling. The man discussed taking the boy in to teach him discipline and the foster home full-heartedly agreed. He took the boy with him then saying he would have the papers and other things within a month.
Living with the old man he found was quite an experience what with the Dojo being so large and vacant he had plenty of space to explore and a garden to lay in the grass in. Of course cleaning it meant the old man and he would each grab a rag or hand brush and vigourously scrub the wooden floors until they were spotless. There was a strict regimen to every day for him. Wake up, practice combat with Old man, go to school, Come home, dust all the floors in the house, have dinner, train again and then finally sleep.
He learned slowly at first but then found that every day during practice he was growing better, faster, stronger. He could get closer and closer to scoring a hit on the old man, a few centimeters off, a deflection that was barely caught, he was starting to win. after 4 years of living with the old man, not every day spent in training, some on special outings like a trip to the beach or a week at the lake, he entered the Dojo and faced the old man. The old man looked into his eyes and held up his hands in defeat. "You have finally beaten me, your eyes tell me this." Ceniza opened his mouth confused then simply stayed quite. The old man looked at the serious expression on his face and smiled. "Come, you have finally defeated me. We shall celebrate with good food."
Ceniza did not know this, but leaving that dojo proved to be the last thing he would ever do. As they stepped out, a single cart bustled down the streets, out of control.. They walked paying it no mind, not noticing the swerving motions until it swerved onto the sidewalk and slammed Ceniza flat against the wall. His torso and legs cut away from each other by the carts front end, though primitive and slow, it had such a small front-end that it's low speed had been enough to smash his body into a useless wreck.. He died instantly with no pain. As a spirit he ran from Shinigami, they wielded swords and he was not about to get close to them. those who did manage to get near him he would strike at and then run away as they recovered from his hit.
It was on one such dash the he was said to have finally devolved into the base hollow he would begin his true life as. In a howling roar of pain he let out one shriek, from a beak-like mouth and a bird shaped body roughyl human sized. In this new form he felt empowered by this new form, yet as if he were missing something, and his memory seemed foggy at best. He did remember the black robed shinigami he had left holding it's gut however. He flapped his wings experimentally before a hole in the sky above him opened and pulled him within. He squawked and bit before clawing at the white masked face that held it's maw open before him. the creature roaored that same howling screech before tossing his form away. He landed in a crumple before picking himself up and taking advantage of the situation. He had four limbs he realized now, given a minute to see his body. The arms themselve had wing-like feathers on them that allowed small flight is what it seemed to be. His fingers had sharp talons and he ripped his enemy to shreds with them before feeling compelled to chomp on the remains. Trying to fill something he couldn't quite name. It was for 67 of his hollow years that he would perform this same drudgery day in and day out. And on the final day of the 67th year he would come across the mass feeding he had come to know as the gillian forming.
He flared with power and joy. To be able to find one of these was supposedly the great way to fill this strange hole within him. He roared in chomping down on the antelope masked shoulder of a hollow, his teeth ripping through flesh and dropping the hollow to be feasted upon by others before he spun to take a bite from another who stepped forward into the frenzy. His energy was supreme, his joy in the chaos profound, and his mind utterly clear as he chomped through hollow after hollow. Then he could feel something pulling, feel others enter his thougths and mind down to their very core. Not he? He thought for a moment. No, not he for he was now the many the one the all-encompassing, and yet the singular. He felt many minds clamoring for greatness, but he chomped away their fighting spirit and clawed his mental way until he felt no other minds pressing in on him. No other individuals pushing against his will. He let out a migty howling shriek and marveled at the blast of energy that flew from his maw and blasted through the stony daimond forest about him. He could hear in the distance other shrieks, all of equal volume to his own. And his hunger returned almost instantly. With another shorter howl he advanced, his years as a gillian had at last begun. And it would last for 97 years.
As a gillian he was much less guided then before. He knew to feed, to eat, to destroy, but he was a simple creature none-the-less. He would travel among the herd of the gillians that constantly wandered the Menos forest. When he began to grow hungry he would wound one of his fellows and then feast upon them, assimilating it's power within himself to allow himself to last for days on end. He avoided the realm of man for though mindless, he was not stupid. He seemed to know it would mean his end to reveal himself there. He picked the strongest of his fellows, never letting any bearing a mask not like others longer then it took him to slowly crawl his way over to them. Blasting them with Cero before risking feasting upon their power.
It was on one of these days where he crunched joyously upon the mask remains of another unique creature. He'd met only three in his entire time as a gillian, they were a special treat fro him so he would always eat the mask last of all. He munched down the last bite, and felt a sudden pulse. His many minds, they seemed to him to suddenly be trying to break free. He concentrated before gathering a mental hammer and smashing them all down into the nothingness that they had been within him before. And with it he felt him smash down his energy. His body glowed and shrank and he gave a final cry of fear as he began what he would think ws returning to a millions minds within a single body. And yet, when he looked back at the hands he expecte to be seen as though by a million voices. He saw but wings, blessed, and deadly wings. Wings that turned anything they touched to ash, as well as long braided tassles that sliced and burned anything within their path. Ceniza, an adjuchas, Ceniza Alado would be his name.
Ability:Heat Concentration - The ability to contain and manipulate heat in all forms, this makes him highly resilient to many heat based attacks and flames but not immune. The layer of air just above anywhere on his body is super-heated to the point that it can incinerate many objects in but a few moments making him dangerous to get close to. Objects he incinerates to nothing but ash can also be used by his secondary power. This power is constantly prevalent and those near him can feel the heat radiating off him.
Ashen Rebirth -
As his ability reduces any non-spiritually and directly charged(EX. A person, item, or clothing that would turn this site from pg-13 to the fuzzy channel ratings)object to ashes. In short he can eventually burn his way through anything he so chooses made of reishi or matter(depending on the realm of course) but he cannot say burn through a zanpakutou as they do in and of themselves contain a spirit past a certain point. Any so weak as to only be asauchi would melt in a few minutes while those who have the potential to be shikai capable weapons only get extremely heated up no matter how long he may remain in contact. Once items or things are reduced to ashes he can reform it into any shape he so desires as the very material burned as long as he does not exceed the volume. Burns down a tree, makes a handful of benches and so on.
Heat Bubble: His body heat increase to a level high enough to burn most poeple slightly, by holding this heat into a sphereoid shape around himself using manipulation of heat, he can increase this level of heat exponentially until it could burn as if it were made of searing flame. Somebody must actually enter the bubble to be burned by the technique, where as ceniza is unnaffected. The bubble is about 3 yards off his body, and after a count of 1 posts holds a high enough degree to burn a person.
Heat Shot: After using the heat bubble to hold in heat, typically after the 2nd post of heat bubble, the user can send smaller burst of heat as distortion bubbles to attack an opponent with a quick kick or swipe or punch. these bubbles can burn as if they were flame as long as they are shot after 1 posts have passed since Heat Bubble has been used. The are idenitifable by those who watch for the distortion of heat that flows off them giving the very air a swirly look.
Sun Spot: Charging heat up within a heat bubble over the course of roughly 5 posts without interruption, Ceniza's heat levels are high enough that no longer does he burn something he literally makes it into nothing not even ash remains. This requires a great deal of stalling and Ceniza can only keep the heat up this high for 2 posts before it is to much and he has to shut it down. When he does the entire area for nearly 500 yards in all directions shoots up 10 degree's due to the mass concentration he had been performing.
These are not all of his techniques but are the basis for most of his assaults.
