Personality: Carol is a shy and quit person. She is very soft spoken and hard to get to know. Once you get her to come out of her shell, she is a very sweet and pleasant person to be around.
Physical Appearance: Carol has shoulder dark brown hair. She keeps it pull back or in a braid. She has a dark skin tone. She has dark brown eyes. She wears dark eyeliner and mascara. She wears a light color tee shirt and a nice pair of slacks. She wears a pair of hand made moccasins. She wears a pair of ear rings with raccoons foot prints as the charms.
Bio: Carol was born in Okmulgee Ok. Her parents where members of the Muskogee Creek tribe. She was brought up around the culture and language of her people. Her parents moved closer to her grandmother. Carol spent alot of time with her grandmother. It was during this time her grandmother gave Carol her nickname.
When Carol turned about eight, she was taken to a naming ceremony. Carol knelt before the elder medicine man. He blessed Carol and official labeled Carol as Fuscate. She was given her necklace. She was so proud. She beamed as her grandmother draped the necklace over her throat.
Carol cried the day her parents told her they had to move. The company the worked for had opened a new plant in Japan and offered her parents positions in the new company. They bordered a plane and left for japan. She wrote to her grandmother every day.
One day, her grandmother feel very ill. Carol disobeyed her parents and boarded the first plane to America. She rushed to her grandmother's bed side. Carol watched as her grandmother died. Carol ran outside and clipped on the necklace that was given to her years ago. She accidentally snaps a tree in half with her ability.
She flew back to Japan. Her parents scolded her. She apologized and quietly went to her room.

Item: A necklace that hugs Carol's throat snugly.
Appearance: A small pendant in the shape of a raccoon's face. It has two yellow diamonds in the eye sockets. It has a small scratch on the left side underneath the left eye. It is silver and on a black cord.
Ability: Wotko gives Carol the able to control the air around her. A light grey aura surrounds her once this ability is active. At present, Carol can only control the wind in a 10 ft radius of her.
Techniques:
Sparrow flight-Creates a gust of wind that lifts Carol in the air.
Tornado-Creates a gust of wind that hurls nearby objects at her enemies.
Whirlwind- Defense spell. Creates a wind barrier around Carol.
Crushing gale- This is Carol's most powerful technique. It creates a gust of 60 mph wind that crushes her enemy to the nearest object.
Role-play sample:Carol sits on a bench a small sigh leaves her lips. She sits her laptop and checks her email again. "I can't believe he hasn't emailed me back. What is taking him so long." She is about to shut down her laptop when her email chirps. She smiles and reads the email carefully. She sends a reply and shuts down her laptop. She puts it in her purse and walks down a park lane.
"It feels weird being back in America." She smiles as a light breeze catches a few strands of her hair. "It feels nice today." She looks to her left and watches a couple kids play kickball. She smiled softly as a little boy kicked the ball. It sailed over to Carol. She picked up the ball and kicked it back to the kids.
Carol froze as she felt a raise in spiritual pressure. 'A hollow here?' She glanced around quickly. She started to run as she continued to search blindly for it. She spotted it about 10 ft from the children. 'Time to get serious.' She clipped on her necklace and stood between the kids and hollow. "Bring it." The hollow ran at her. Carol smiled and blasted it into a nearby tree. 'I won't be able to protect them for long.' She screams as the hollow slices her right side. Carol crumbles to the left and holds her bleeding side. She impales the hollow with a light post. It manages to stagger a couple feet before dying. Carol passes out and wakes up in a hospital bed.
