Personality: He is the solemninity of his brotherly trio. Bearing the weight of apologizing quite often for his brothers rash behaviour he is likewise the most kind. He tends to be quiet most of the time and enjoys listening to his brothers and others speak more then to share his own thoughts. He treasures all ideas and thoughts and for the most part does not seem to belong with the 11th division. He is not picked on for this often however because he is truly a threat compared to his brothers. You never know what the quiet ones are thinking afterall.
Physical Appearance:Kumei wears his hair long but does not braid it like Gomei does prefering to simply tie it off just below the base of his neck to keep it from flowing everywhere. It has a strange shade of blue-ish white that can seem haunting until you are made aware that he does this with chemicals to give himself an air of mystery. He wears fully standard shihakusho but in place of the normal white he wears a very pale shade of green that accents the much darker shade of green his chainmail is. He has very narrow yet kind eyes and speaks with a serene tone when he does raise a voice.
Bio: Kumei and his brothers were simple rukongai brats. They played, they slept, and they caused normal havoc like any lawless kids are likely to do. Taking care of one another they fought off anyone who tried to break them up as a team and always had each others backs.
They began to think that maybe they were pretty decent fighters, and while they never egged on a bit of a scrap they didn't shy away from them either. One such fight saw the interference of a local patrol of the gotei as they came in to break it up before anyone was seriously hurt. Now, most youths would immediately just shrug it off and respect a shinigami when they said to knock something off but not these three. They outright challenge him to try and take them down.
About a minute later they all found themselves locked and bound by some wierd chains that they still were not sure were real considering they would have sworn the shinigami had just shot them out of his sword at them. After being forced to apologize the shinigami released them and they dispersed into the night with a new goal. Get one of those things.
The brothers immediately forced their way into the enrollment for the shinigami academy and while probably doomed forever to mediocrety climbed there way through the classes until graduation came and they joined the only squad that made sense to them. 11th division, where kicking in more heads meant you were doing it right. They climbed the ranks steadily, and when it appeared they wouldn't take over three spots in a row without a fight they, well, fought. Challenging the three current highest seated officers as a group they picked them off and took their spots from them in true 11th squad fashion, minus the killing. Afterall they had been fun opponents. Sonmei took the 3rd as the head of the trio, Gomei took over the seat of 4th, and Kumei took over the 5th seat as a stop gap to anyone attempting to challenge them further for the contested ranks.

Zanpakutō spirit: His zanpakutou spirit is a small dog, almost puppy like in size. It speaks in quick small sentences if at all and maintains a running game of tag with his master.
Sealed form:Sealed form his zanpakutou is of standard size. It has a guard that is almost entirely hollow but for the single point that reaches out to hold the outer edge in place, almost like a wire holding a halo above a childs head so he could be an angel for halloween. He has a second sword also with the same guard but this one is only half as long as a normal weapon. Both are wraped with green ribbon.

Shikai description:His shikai takes the form of a tube spear, a spear that is attached to a slightly wider tube that allows for rapid quick thrusts and a varying level of range. The side has two wrapped areas that signify a hand hold. One on the main shaft and the other on the tube. The collor of the shaft is straight black with the wrapped hand areas being green.
Ability: The tube part of his spear allows for incredibly rapid attacks on his opponent. Where a typicaly spear might make 1 attack, he can weave in 3 seperate attacks by elongating and shrinking down the shaft. Likewise if he twists the spear head while thrusting he can increase it's piercing power by 15%
