Concrete Ranks [IMPORTANT]

So, as you all have probably noticed, there has been an influx of overpowered seated officers/lieutenants as of late. We chose not to give the ranks a cap to allow more freedom, and because of cases like Ikkaku. But now, it honestly just looks like the system is being abused, so we're adding caps. Characters that have been made before this announcement will not be affected. We are not going to take away anybody's rank, but from now on, if you want to have a powerful character in a low rank, for whatever reason, you'll just have to work up to that rank, because quite frankly, this is getting ridiculous. You could also say that this is meant to teach everybody that rank isn't everything. We're quite tired of people thinking they should have all ADV's. Instead of worrying about rank, focus on developing your character.

Keep in mind that these are the starting ranks, you can always level up and stay in the low position.
