Orquesta

Founded by Ophelia, this faction consists of Hollows united under her leadership to foster their kind’s greatest asset: strength in numbers. It is a moving hive of Hollows of all forms, whose directive is to protect Hollow nature from those who would seek to disrupt it. It believes that Hueco Mundo and all its beauty should be shared equally among Arrancar and Hollows, and Hollows should not be discriminated against for choosing to remain as they are; as such, they are at odds with the Espada regime, and keep to the Forest of Menos.

Rules:

Above all else, if something threatens the wellbeing of the Hollows, all members must unite and stand against it by any means possible.

Hollows are free to challenge each other for dominance at their discretion, with the winner being free to do whatever they wish to the loser, including devour them. Being eaten is not considered an end in this organization, but a unity. All prey is considered fair game.

The leader of the faction is the member that has the greatest will. This is determined both by strength and wisdom, and is contestable via the above rule.

Other races are permitted to join, provided they adhere to the same ideals.

Ranks (in order of dominance):
Alfa –This rank denotes the leader of Orquesta. It is currently held by Ophelia, its founder.
Beta – Usually the second most powerful of the group, as well as fairly intelligent, defers to the Alfa. The position is currently unoccupied
Gama – Usually the second most wise of the group, weakest of the three but also stronger than lower ranks, defers to the Alfa. Currently unoccupied
Delta – Enforcers, varying in individual strength and cunning, they lead the Omegas below them as commanders. Deltas have no set number, as new ones are designated with organization growth.
Omega – The lowest rank, they are typically foot soldiers. These can range from low level Hollows to weak Adjuchas.

Base of Operations: Orquesta makes its stronghold in the Forest of Menos. Their main nesting grounds consist of a large open space flanked on all sides by tall, thick quartz trees. The only entrances to this area are the rather small openings between each tree, big enough to fit a Gillian. The space is illuminated by Hueco Mundo's moonlight filtering through the quartz canopy, creating an eerie, light blue glow. In the center of the zone is a relatively small (compared to the other trees) tree in which numerous hollowed out rooms are carved. It is surrounded by a shallow pool of water, whose surface reflects the moonlit aura of the room.

The staff will discuss this faction and whether it should be accepted. You should know in a few days whether it has been, or not.

Okay, so we've decided that since we essentially already have a hollow faction, we're not going to take this on as an official faction. However, the idea is interesting enough, so if you still want to play it out, go right ahead. It simply won't be listed.
