Biography

It was the intention of Theron Dampf to rise against the Gotei 13, to end their reign over the spirit world and free everyone from their oppression. It was always is intention to gather the Quincy for a grand rebellion. The Dampf family had hated the shinigami for as long as they had lived, always considering them disgusting creatures that only cared for themselves. They always say them as bloodthirsty, power-hungry hounds. The one who rose to question the Gotei 13 was Theressa Dampf. Almost being killed by the shinigami, the remaining Dampf swore revenge. One boy actually attempted to rise like her, the one and only Nimbus Dampf.
Upon the death of Theron Dampf, Theressa confronted her son and trained him. She taught him how to reattain his powers after he sacrificed them to kill Theron after a life-or-death battle started from an arguement. Once they finished, the weakened state Theressa was in caused her to fall to cancer. Afterwards, Nimbus decided to continue his parent's dream of starting a rebellion. In which he started the Aufstieg Rebellen.
Information
The plan Nimbus made was to remain underground until he grew large enough until his forces could take the Gotei either equally or when they are capable of wiping them out. Currently, the organization is only referred as Aufstieg. Besides the current plan, Nimbus is considered the Herrscher, or the ruler of the organization. Everyone is under his command.
Everyone. Must. OBEY.Rules[list][*]Insubordination is highly frowned upon, the punishment may be set by the commanding officer if this is violated. Though the punishment cannot be too drastic, the boundaries are still elastic.
[*]Respect, no matter who it is, must be given. Punishment will be administered by the Allgemein that the specific member follows.
[*]Cooperation is critical, thus it must be existant. Without cooperation, the plan would fail. If this rule is broken, then the member is demoted one rank.
[*]If anyone runs from battle unnecessarily, then they are demoted 2 ranks.
[*]Cooperation almost must come with trust. Each unit must trust each other, otherwise there will be transfers to the most suitable people until trust is formed.

Tier 2: 1st Sergeant --> Leutnant --> Kapitan
Tier 3: Kapitan --> Allgemein / Council
Tier 4: Herrscher
There are 3 generals, each having one 1st Sergeant, 3 Sergeants, 3 Korporals, 4 Offiziers, and 5 Soldats at maximum. There are 2 Leutnant and Kapitans. The Council consists 3 people, usually being the most favored or trusted by Nimbus. Soldats are the base rank and the maximum anyone ADP-3 or lower can start as. The maximum given-at-start rank is Korporal.
