Personality: As a child, Kianna was very chipper and happy. She always held a smile upon her lips, and always came off as calm. Though she did have her fits, every once and a while. Other than those small fits, she was pretty good. She always had a love for music, toys, and cartoons. Walking around her stuffy teddy bear, watching cartoons when she could, and dancing along to whatever music that was on in the house, outside, or in the car. Kianna was overly excertive and active, she loved making friends. Playing hide and seek, or playing with her dolls. She was like any normal child, until she lost her sight at age five.
When she became blind, her personality seem to take a shift, right into the opposite direction. She spoke less, dance less, and mainly stayed home. Shedding tears just about every night and day, she hated the fact of not being able to see. Even when her parents tried to comfort her, they were not able to rid of her depressive state of mind. All the things she had loved to do, was ruined. All except for music, something she listened to alot more. Only being able to listen to things, she focus more onto her other senses. Which slightly help in getting her out of the depressive state she was in. Not much though.
As she got older, she shifted out of her depressive state, into a serious, but more happy state. Having learnt to adjust to being blind, Kianna became more out going, even if she could not see. One thing that help with her shift in personality, was her family, and taking out hollows. She learnt to see things through a way of reading and/or seeing reshi. It help her shape images of things, even humans, who have small spirutal pressures. It was a good help in shifting her mood.
Physical Appearance: Kianna stands at a height of 5ft 7inches. She has a petite figure, having a B-Cup breast size, curves, and a well toned body. Her weight is maintained at 130lbs, seeing how she does her best to work out. Her adominal is flat, with the slight shaping of a two pack. Her hair is light brown, mainly kept down or in a ponytail with two banes going down the left and right of her face. Her pupils are purely gray, showing that she is blind. Though she tends to wear black shades, with a rectangular shape, and a gold outlined.
Her attire during her life as a normal school girl, is usually her uniform. When she`s not at school, she wears either a pair of black jeans or a skirt that stops just above her knees. With the black jeans, she usually wears a white or blue blouse, with a jacket covering over. The same with the skirt, just without the jacket. When she is going up against a hollow, or enemy, she wears the attire of a warrior. A brown top that stops a few inches after her breast, revealing her adominal and back. Her forearms and hands are covered with dark brown arm wear like gloves, with the wrist wrist and forearm area having a metal cover. Her legs, are covered by a pair of form fitting brown tights, with metal knee pads around her knees and thighs. And her feet are covered by a pair of brown boots. Upon her waist, her katana blade stays, sheathed. While her left thigh, holds her twin sai`s, in the metal covering.
Bio: Kianna was born on the 29th of Janurary, the daughter of Tenzin and Kyanna Tokishe. Her father, Tenzin, was a small buisness owner. He owned his own Truck Delivery buisness. Kyanna was a Retired Quincy, turnt house-wife. Deciding to give up the life of being a quincy, and focusing more on being a mother. Kianna also had a brother, Miashi Tokishe. He was six years her senior, and did not like the fact that he was no longer a only child. He also dislike the fact that he did not have a brother instead, which oddly started a rivalry between the two. As a baby, Kianna was the same as other babies. She smiled or held a blank face most of the time, and mainly cried when she was hungry, hada pee pee or dirty daiper, or had her pacifier snatch by her brother.
As she shifted into her toddler stage, she growed more into her personality. Being quite energetic and chipper. Always running around the house or along the sidewalk, snatching things out of her brother room or counters, and throwing things, mainly at her brother. She had a love for music, cartoons, and her teddy bear, mushi. A pink teddy bear a few inches shorter than herself. She took Mushi everywhere, had tea parties with him, and even spoke to him. It was adorable, in the eyes of her mother, whom spent the most time with Kianna and her brother. Her father trended to spend most of her time at work, he puts his buisness first, so he can be able to provide for his family. Which he is doing, but is also paying by not being close with them as well. He was busy for most of Kianna`s life, until a few months after she turnt five.
During the summer time, things drastically changed for Kianna, one day, she awoke to te sight of complete darkness. Her eyes opened, but she could not see anything. Being five, she just expected that it was still dark out, but she thought it was odd that she could not see something. She usually could see her dresser, or night-light. So when she could not see them, she decided to call out to her mother.
"Mamma!!!" it did not take long before her mom rush into the rom to see what`s wrong. Her eye lfrantically looking around the room before they centered on Kianna.
"What is it? Did you have a bad dream?" her mother asked with worried expression and tone.
"Mom, why is it so dark? I can`t see anything." she stated as her mother look on with wide eyes. Looking to the window, which had a beam of light shooting into the room of Kianna. Going to her side, she look into the eyes of her daughter, as she realized that her once bright brown eyes, were now a dull gray. [color=blue]"TENZIN!]/color] she called out as her husband made slow strides down the hall, and into her room.
"What is it?! You know i need my sleep, Kyanna." he stated as he look to the worried mother.
"Its Kianna! Her eyes, they are no longer brown, she has gone blind." she states as tears began to fill in her eyes. Kianna listened as her eyes widen.
"What do you mean, mama? Bline? What`s Bline mean? she questioned. Tenzin`s eyes widen to what was said to him, harging to Kianna`s side as he look into her eyes.
"We must take her to a eye doctor or hospital, now!" he stated as the three quickly dressed and headed to a eye doctor.
On that day, Kianna was told that she will never get her sight back, this of course, brought tears to the eyes of the three, as Kianna did not grasp anything that was going all, all she could do was hear, she couldn`t see though, and that changed her life, forever. She began to go into a depressive state, not being her outgoing and embracing self. She barely wanted to the leave the house. She spent most of her time hugging Mushi, and crying in her room. It was a sad sight, to her parents, whom stried to console her, and help her get through this. But it was very difficult, and for three years, she was in a depressive state. She only spoke with her family, and she took her time adjusting and learning the ways of being blind. Because of this, her mother decided that she had to take drastic measures, and envolve her father, someone she does not get along with.
Ryuusei Hukodoshi, a male at the age of 55. He`s a old school quincy, powerful, wise, and stubborn. He`s old ashion, so he really hates shinigami, arrancars, and visoreds. He loves Kianna`s mother, Kyanna, but holds a grudge against her for dating a shinigami and risking losing her powers by removing the sanrei glove. Because of that incident, the two have not spoken in over ten years. But, Kyanna needed her father`s assisstants. Since, Kianna has gone blind, she felt that her father could help her, since he just so happen to be blind. Eventhough she wanted to wait some more time before Kianna learnt of being a quincy, like her brother, she was force to do it earlier then planned. Kianna only eight, and she was two years ahead of training. Kyanna wanted to train her, but she knew that she would need her father`s assistance as well. Though it took a while, her father agreed to train Kianna, and that very day, Kianna learnt of her being a quincy. Which came to a surprise to her, but she did remember seeing spirits when she had her eyes, and hearing voices after she lost her sight.
The day after, Kianna began her training, her grandfather help by first learning the basics. Giving her lessons on the power of the quincy, they`re techniques, and different assortment of weapons. Which is something Kianna took in, and studied by remembering it all. While she trained, she was learning how to read by touching dots. It was a difficult process to learn, even more difficult than learning how to use quincy techniques. Learning quincy techniques came easy to her, in fact, the first thing that brought a smile to her face, in the past three years, was conjuring her first bow. It was a joyus feeling of course, because she did not feel as helpless as she did before. And the fact that her brother was even helping her, was a giant surprise. He really never showed that he cared about the fact that Kianna went blind, while in fact, he did. It was a big surprise to Kianna herself, since the two began to spoke with one another alot. He also defended her alot when anyone made jokes about her being blind, while in public together. It really did make their relationship grow, and it also help improve her skills as a quincy. As she growed more and more, she began learning more and more, taking on hollows every other night. She learnt from her grandfather, how to see by reading spirutal pressures, and taking in small amounts of reishi in the eyes, which help forms the bodies of those with spirutal energy, like hollows. She spent alot of time learning how to master such a technique, hearing from her mother, that her grandfather was so skilled, he can basically see completely. It definently increase her drive to do better. Which raised her confidence as well. At the age of fourteen, she decided to test her skill, using hollow bait after school, which sent in a gang of hollows. Because she had such high confidence, she was confident in her skill to be able to take them out, which was greatly wrong. That day, she learnt that she was not ready, and paid the ultimate price. Her brother came to her aid when she was tired out and overpowered.by the gang of hollow. Taken out a large number of them, but ultimately losing his life saving Kianna from the ruthless attack of a hollow. In the process, the hollows claws shred through his back, killing him. Kianna saw as the spirutal pressure of her brother faded, along with the image she shaped. Feeling his blood rain onto her body, she went into a state of shock and anger. Rolling her brother onto his back, she could hear him trying to mutter something, but blood filled within his throat. And he died without being able to say anything, this angered Kianna even more, as she grabbed her bow and raised up to her feet. She began to go into a raging strike. Firing rapid numbers of arrows at the hollow that surrounded her, but she was already fatigued, so she did not have the strength to do anything else, and was outnumbered. As the hollow swarmed around her, she soon heard the shrieking of hollows, and felt the fading of their spirutal pressures, at a rapid pace. She look to the sky and made out the forms of her grandfather and mother, who she found out has regain her power thanks to traning sessions with her father. The two tok out the hollows, and saved Kianna from dying.
The death of her brother did not settle well with her, or her family. Her mother grieved with sobbing tears, dissapointed at Kianna for doing what she did. Her grandfather shedded his tears in private, being rather outspoken on how much of a idiot Kianna was for doing what she did. Kianna did not defend herself, nor did she deny the claims. It was her fault, she was the reason why her brother was dead, and she wished that she died instead of him. The fact that she was blind anyway, she felt that it would of been much better, especially if she did not had ever decided to use the hollow bait.
The hardest part about it all, was describing this to her father. Do the way her brother died, she and her mother could not just say that he was stabbed, So, the two decided to inform him that they were Quincies. And her mother described everything about them, their race, and other races. I was quite difficult for Tenzin to take in, he had a overflow of emotions. Sorrow towards the death of his son, Anger towards his wife and daughter for hiding such a thing, and anger towards his daughter for getting his son killed. Things just went more downhill after the funeral and wake, her parents seperated, her father never forgave them. And Kianna went silent, stuck in a deeper depressive state than she was ever in. For around eight months, she was quiet, and only focused on her school work. Her life completely changed from carring about anything else. It wasn`t until one night, where she had a dream. And though it was questionable, along with odd, he told her that he would love for her to complete his dream of surpassing his grandfather, and the shinigami of soul society. His appearance was helpful, rather it was real or not, she decided to follow her brothers dream, and she began to train her ass off.
For the span of 2 years and 4 months, she trained day by day. With both her mother and grandfather, whom she persuade to do so. With tough training, she learnt the complete ways of being a quincy, and she also trained in the use of combat with a blade or other weapons. This was a way to make her more versatile, as she also work on her speed, strength, and flexiability. This was all difficult, since she was blind, but she learnt to adjust, and she heighten her other senses as well. Along with increasing her ways of perception, through the method of reading spirutal pressures and reshi. It difficult, but she was able to learn how to do so. And once she trained to master those elements of her structure, she partake in multiple sparring matches with her grandfather and mother. Some she has won, and some she has lost. It was extrememly difficult to win against her grandfather, but she was able to do so, two consecutive times. And now and days, Kianna continues to train. Taking on hollow here and there, as well as going up against her family, and one substitute shinigami she had good conversations with. She continues to do so day by day, doing her best to live up to her brothers expectations.
Type Of Bow: Kianna`s bow is quite traditional. Its colors are mix, black and red. A long bow, her bow stretches about four feet. The front part is colored red, while the back is black.
Quincy Cross Description: Kianna`s cross is quite traditional as well. Wrap around her neck, as a silver narrow chain keeps it a hold.
