Physical Appearance: Selena is a lean girl standing at a height of 5'7, with light blue hair that is 5 ft long. Almost as long as her. She usually keeps her hair as two Ponytails. Normally, she wears regular clothing from the human world and is almost always seen with a pair of headphones on. Curiously enough, her Hollow hole, which is in the center of her torso, right below the collar bone, is heart shaped.
Bio: When Selena was made from a Hollow into an Arrancar, she was taken in by the Primera Espada, Lance, who became a sort of fatherly figure for her. Far from being nice or fatherly to her, Lance was strict and heartless. But still, Selena, a young and naive arrancar, latched onto Lance as the only person who was close to her. Her affection for him was so great, she would gladly sacrifice herself for him, even when he didn't care about her that much. Because of the infatuation she had with this heartless man, she never learned what the word 'love' is. And so, when she was experienced enough, she became his fraccion and was given a job only she could do.

She spent the last month in a gigai she stole in the real world, her reiatsu hidden so well that she passed off as a Human. The last month, she spent in Karakura Highschool, being a Classmate to a certain substitute shinigami, to whom she acted very friendly and normal with. She is a very good singer and her voice is very nice. She is also very persuasive and highly skilled in the arts of stealth and recon.

As Selena speaks her call out phrase, she is engulfed in black waves of energy. When the energy disperses, she is in her ressurreccion form, dressed in a long black dress. Black wings float behind her, keeping her off the ground. The black clothing has a heart shaped hole in the middle, where her hollow hole is also located, allowing a person to see completely through her center. Her wings do not flap but lets her achieve flight without movement.
Call out phrase: Make an Masterpiece, Vibrato.
Ability: She has the ability to vibrate her wings, down to every single feather, to produce sound waves that have various effects. The more vigorous the movement, the stronger the wave. Her main offensive with this ability is that she can cause the soundwaves to travel in arcs, which slash a person when they hit, in which case the sound wave makes a visible blur in the air as it moves.
Techniques:
1. Symphony Prima: Selena makes a soundwave which explodes on contact with a target. It travels in the same way as her regular slashes, as an arc, except this arc glows white and is easy to see.

2. Symphony Seconda: Selena makes minute vibrations in the air with her wings which cause anyone in the area, including her allies, to suddenly lose all sense of up and down, causing a large case of vertigo. The victims will suddenly see everything moving around heavily as well as lose balance, as if the world is shifting underneath them. It can be averted by holding the ears and not allowing the vibrations to enter the ears.

This ability lasts as long as Selena keeps the vibrations up, which would also cause her to remain immobile throughout it's duration. It is very draining on her energy if sustained and affects a range of 20 ft around her.

3. Symphony Terza: Selena causes vibrations which allow her to manipulate and manifest a portion of her reiatsu, to cover wounds or stop bleeding. This is a helpful ability which allows her to assist her allies by bandaging them or stopping them from bleeding out on the field.

This does not heal the wound nor make it any better. This only works to stop the wound from bleeding.

4. Symphony Mente: This ability allows Selena to passively communicate with anyone in the area seemingly telepathically. She can talk to people in their minds, when it's actually just sending micro-vibrations into their heads to talk to them remotely without moving her own lips or mouth. With this ability, she can also bend the will of weak-minded people and persuade them to do things.

Anyone who is strong of will can simply ignore her persuasions, as her voice carries no power with it. They can also speak to her by thinking words in their forethoughts, causing the synapses of the brain to be read as vibrations and therefore as words to Selena, only if they are directed at her.

5. Symphony Maxima: Selena viciously flaps her wings, causing a tornado formed by cutting blades of wind and sound to form and charge in the direction she sent it in. It sucks in anything near and unfortunate enough and slashes it to bits. Anyone trapped in it will be slashed from all directions as well as suffer an intense loss of oxygen.

I assume Symphony Seconda only lasts for one post? If that's the case you mind editing that in?

Also Symphony Terza needs to state that it can't be used during battle and you might want to add a limit on Mente.

Symphony Terza doesn't really fall into the category of healing but more into a category of support. It simply stops bleeding from wounds. But if It's still a problem, I'll adjust it.

Mente... Well, Basically, Mente is a way of communicating. It holds almost no offensive or defensive power except for being able to communicate with people private or, if she knows something to blackmail the person with, manipulate him or her if she or he is weak-minded. For example, a person like Ichigo would never be affected by her ability, unless she had some advantage to black mail him, which anyone could do, Mente or no Mente. Cleared up or Do I still have to limit it?

My wording didn't make sense/brain was not processing things well last night, Terza is fine cause it only stops bleeding and Seconda is fine now as well.
