Sexual Orientation: Pansexual Appearance: Basic: She is 5' 7" and weighs 144 lbs. She has violet colored hair which is long and straight, it cuts off at a little past her lower back; She has hair on the side of her head which frames her face down to her cheeks and curl under her cheek bones while her bangs stop before the tip of her nose. Her eyes are a clear crystal blue color. Her cup size is C. Skin is has a slightly pale color yet not overly so, much like the soft glow of a full moon, her complexion is clear. She tends to keep her finger nails a little on the long side, growing them out a quarter of an inch past the tip of her fingers, she keeps the points rounded; Occasionally she will paint her nails with the pattern of deep purple and black.She has a tattoo of a wolf paw print on the left side of her stomach which sits a little below her navel, it's an all black tattoo and about a medium size. Her preferred colors are black, various shades of purple, some pink, blue and silver. Seventeen months after Aizen's defeat, Kizomaru has cut her long violet hair down so that it only passes the back of her neck; not fully shoulder length, and it is semi-straight, her hair slightly curls around the back of her neck while her fringe and bangs retain their normal length. After getting married to Shuuhei, Kizomaru now has a ring tattoo on her left ring finger, the tattoo is of a cobalt blue rose in full bloom with its thorny stem wrapped around the finger, the rose sits in the middle. It's cobalt blue because that's what Shuuhei's favorite color is. Professional: Her work uniform is the standard shihakusho but with the following modifications, first the top is sleeveless and is designed more like a halter top with no back. Second, she wears slip on kimono styled sleeves, sort of like arm slims, which give the appearance of being tied on, that stop a little past the second knuckle on her hands. She wears white tabi and brown straw sandals. She wears her lieutenants badge tied around her left arm. Casual/Gigai: Her casual/gigai dress consists of a punk rock style, wearing loose fitting neck ties and dress shirts, checker patterned skirts over jeans or sometimes on their own. Black fishnet stockings when she wears skirts on their own, the skirts are never usually short, stopping at her knees most of the time as she feels uncomfortable wearing anything shorter. Her shoes are a combination of regular sneakers to knee high boots, sometimes heeled boots but she prefers flat top laced boots. She also has a collection of stripped and solid colored hoodies with wolf ears and a fir trim, all her hoodies have long sleeves. She wears various different accessories like rings, bracelets and earrings, however her favorite accessory is a black faux velvet choker with a silver crescent moon pendant dangling off it, it stops at the top of her collar. Formal: When dressing formally, whether she would be going to a party or other special occasions, she sticks to long dresses in her preferred colors; Sometimes the dresses will be styled like a kimono, others the dress will be strapless or halter styled. She wears subtle make-up, light eye shadow/liner/mascara and a light coat of lipstick that is colored to go with whatever dress she chose to wear. She'll also wear her hair in a style which looks best with her outfit, but she tries to keep it in styles she's comfortable with. She wears her crescent moon choker, and sometimes a simple bracelet if she feels her outfit could use it. She also tends to wear high heels, though the heels are never higher than an inch or two. She's an open minded individual, always willing to try anything at least once; Though despite she does have certain lines she refuses to cross, she always tells someone up front what her boundaries are so that no one is left guessing. She fights for what she believes in regardless of whether or not it might be against an order, she also refuses to fight against a child in a vicious battle. She's rather stubborn when it comes to standing up for her opinions she often voices, whether they want to hear them or not; Though she knows there's a place and a time for her opinion. She doesn't really care for people who flaunt their wealth or are of a wealthy background or those who are overly arrogant, she finds those types of people to be rather annoying and she prefers to shy away from them at all times; Despite this though, she has come to respect her captain Byakuya Kuchiki. She also becomes tense around those of a higher rank than her and she addresses those of the same rank with the honorific 'san', she knows her manners since serving under Byakuya he always emphasized their importance.
Due to her traumatic past Kizomaru suffers depression, though gaining a support system of sorts has helped her, she is still fragile and is prone to periods of slipping. She's even said that if those she's close to end up falling in battle she would, without hesitation, end her own life, saying that if such a thing were to happen she would loose all meaning for her to live. Back when she was still new to the Gotei Thirteen, the stress of everything coupled with her condition had caused her to attempt such a thing, however she was never able to take any self inflicted wound past more than a minor cut. When she begins falling back into a depressive state she'll smile more often to attempt to throw off those who might notice, wanting to mask her feelings but this usually fails despite her best efforts.
She is also the type who will do anything for those she loves, specifically her partner; Willing to go to any lengths if it meant making/keeping them happy, noted by how she seems to act like a stereotypical housewife from the 60's to a degree. Despite how tired she may be from her own work, she never minds doing things for the one she loves as long as it means their happiness.
She has a habit of becoming fidgety and frightened whenever someone she knows shows aggression towards her, becoming timid and often will tremble slightly. She has a fear that the person mad at her will lash out physically, even if she knows they won't. She's unsure where the fear came from, but perhaps it has to do with her past while she was alive. Also this fear is unknown to most, though it becomes obvious whenever she's in such a situation which is rare given the fact that the people she knows aren't prone to outbursts like she fears.
When Kizomaru fights she becomes calculating and silent, preferring not to speak much during a battle if it can be helped. She also becomes somewhat sadistic, a nature which really only shows itself if she fights at night time or if the person she is doing battle with has hurt someone she is close to, it stems from her zanpakuto spirit's nature and her recently surfaced inner hollow. She tries her best to bring about a quick end to her enemy if she is able, since she has a dislike for battle despite the darker state she falls into during a fight, but if her inner hollow gets the better of her she'll end up fighting longer than she would like.
Kizomaru is also very independent, she prefers doing things on her own rather than constantly relying on others for help; Regardless of how much she might need someone's help she'll refuse, she doesn't want to burden anyone with her own troubles knowing that those people are most likely handling something far worse than what she's suffering. She hates the idea of just dumping issues on people when they could be having their own troubles and there for will keep to herself and refuse to lean on someone else, however, if she really feels defeated she'll turn to those she's close too for help; Something she learned when she became closer to people who she can now consider her friends.

When Kizomaru was alive it was during a time which there was constant fighting throughout Japan, one literally had to take heavy precautions when venturing outside their home it was so war stricken, making it hard to go about daily life without being fearful of dying. Kizomaru's particular home life was horrid, her father was an abusive man who would harm her and her mother on a daily basis; That changed little when her younger sister Asami was born, in fact it seemed to make him worse, as their mother was too busy with the children that when it came time for anything else she simply lacked the energy and was 'late' by his definition. The father was a military man, which meant he had suffered mental issues from the constant waring, which added to his aggressiveness, as well as often being drunk during most assaults.
A year after the birth of her little sister, after the both of them had suffered greatly along side their mother at the hands of their father, Kizomaru had finally broken and had enough, as well as her mother; The mother waited until her husband had left the house, presumably to go get drunk, before she went to her broken children who had tucked themselves away in a corner of the room. Kizomaru and her mother exchanged knowing glances before her mother gave Kizo the go ahead to flee with her little sister, saying that she would handle their father when he returned.
Though she was reluctant, Kizo herself had wanted to escape and free both herself and her sister from their life, even if it meant risking death upon leaving their home; Eventually she agreed and, after a touching moment, her mother gave her some spare cash she had been saving and told her to take her sister and run. Kizomaru obeyed her mother and took the money, scooping her younger sibling up in her arms and quickly fleeing the house; About ten minutes after leaving their home they ran into their father, who was extremely drunk, and after some yelling and cursing it seemed the father had finally snapped. He took the katana he carried with him where ever he went and slayed both his children, with Kizomaru taking the worst damage as she was trying to protect her sister, who fell victim shortly after Kizo did; Their father took the money from Kizo's corpse then went home where it's presumed he slaughtered his wife as well.
Kizomaru woke up in the 77th District in the South Ally of Flowing Spirits with her younger sister Asami after they had died, Asami being only but a one year old when she had passed, and was unable to recall much about what had happened other than she was in pain one moment then not in the next; Though after a brief moment of silence she was able to remember that she and her sister had been slain at the hands of their father, and gathered that both were dead and the place they awoke was the afterlife. Eventually, after wandering around aimlessly for what felt like years but was really months, having to resort to sneaking food and drink from the various shops surrounding them in order to survive, they came across a loving couple who took them into their shabby home and kept them safe to the best of their abilities.
One day, about a year and a half after their host parents had taken them in, while shopping in the Hanging Dog District there was a hollow attack; After the hollow went on it's rampage it set it's sights on Kizomaru and Asami, but their host parents threw themselves between their foster children and the creature and ended up becoming devoured by the beast, Kizomaru, who had shielded Asami after gawking in horror at the display, had become covered in not only the blood of their host parents but of the saliva of the hollow who killed them, which would cause complications for her in the future. Before the hollow could devour its real targets, however, they were saved by an unnamed Shinigami who showed up a moment later and killed the hollow.
The attack left them both with a sever case of depression, which was already underlying given their life before death, but the two held on because they had each other. Later Kizomaru becomes obsessed with training to better protect herself and her younger sister, feeling regretful that through all they had experienced she was unable to do much to protect her, swearing to protect the ones she loves. She joined the Shinigami Academy three years after the death of their host parents, bringing her sister with her after they both discover their spiritual energy in hopes of a better life. Eventually as the years passed she forgot about the way she died, like the memory had been erased from her mind completely, but she couldn't help but retain certain traits which became habitual from her living years.
After graduating from the academy and discovering her zanpakuto ability Kizomaru joined with Squad Two, figuring that's where her abilities would fit in and would be made the best use of, having heard a lot about the Gotei Thirteen and it's squads individually as part of the curriculum, she just knew her skills would work best there. Her sister however, not only did her zanpakuto not really seem like one which would be of much help in such a squad, was too fearful to apply with her and instead joined Squad Six, despite how strict the captain sounded, because it looked like a peaceful place.
Though both girls were sad to go separate ways after spending so much time together and never leaving each others sides, they figured they would still get to meet up and hang out with each other on their time off, they also knew that if they wanted a chance at a better life they had to start doing their own thing in order to be more independent, though Kizomaru didn't have such trouble, her sister was a little less able to stand on her own. So they both knew that their separation was for the better, if only so Asami could better herself and find the means to become less reserved and timid, as she was extremely shy and found it hard to speak to many different people.
Which is why in their academy years the two always hung around each other, Kizomaru had little luck making friends given the fact that most of the students seemed like uppity pricks and she couldn't stand how they always seemed to be looking down on the other students there; In fact she had even gotten into an altercation with one boy, who had been calling her and her sister names and teasing them because of where they hailed from. She ended up punching the boy in the face and breaking his nose after he had taunted both her and her sister, which earned her some heavy punishment, after that point Kizomaru stayed away from the majority of people there and spent the majority of her time either studying or with her sister who, was just too shy to try making friends, mostly because of how rude the people seemed to be.
Three months after being accepted into the Omitsukido and Squad Two in general, Kizomaru seemed to have caught the interest of a particular male officer who occupied the 20th seat in the division with her and the two began dating; However one day, two weeks after becoming an item, while out in a forest area on a date, a picnic to be more precise, and the two began their usual routine of playing around which lead to a mini wrestling match and eventually making out. The man got bold and decided to try taking things beyond the level of just kissing, this caused Kizomaru to pull away and struggle but he held her in place and continued his assault, eventually ripping at her clothes, she kept struggling and eventually managed to fend him off by kneeing him in the groin' causing the man to double over in pain.
He didn't stay down long however and chased after her, eventually he got close enough to grab her wrist but she had drawn one of her wakizashi and turned to cut him with it causing him to let go, infuriated she continued attacking the man until he was unable to move much more; None of her wounds were fatal nor really all that deep, but she had caught him in the right places to drop him and make it hard for him to move. She ran off first to Squad Four's barracks to get medical help for her attacker(cause she knew she couldn't really leave him there to die, despite wanting to) and some help for herself for what minor injuries she might have suffered in the attack before she left back to her own squad and reported the incident to her captain, who was Soifon at the time, who did not take the situation lightly; She ordered that the man be imprisoned immediately despite his wounds not being healed, Kizomaru's attacker still remains in prison to this day and it's unknown his exact status.
Then a year and a half after being accepted, while her captain was out on mission leaving her lieutenant in charge, Kizomaru had gotten into an altercation with the heavy set male; Mainly about his attitude and how he carried himself because of his status, this infuriated Omaeda and caused him to take a drastic action, figuring she needed the discipline and lessons in respect he had her transferred over to Squad Six where her sister resided, knowing their captain would be the thing which he felt she needed. She became reunited with her sister, who seemed worse off due to what Kizomaru found out was a stressful environment, granted being in Squad Two was stressful, but the busy work schedule and tense atmosphere seemed to add to the stress.
At first Kizomaru had issues adjusting and dealing with Byakuya's over all existence, but as the years past she grew used to it and even came to respect her captain, as he wasn't quite as bad as she would have expected. She found a friend in her lieutenant and even came to see him as something of an older brother, the two often pick on each other but it's all in good fun and Asami had become more stable with her sister around to help her deal with the every day work load.
Though throughout her entire Shinigami career Kizomaru's mental stability fluctuated, coping with the stresses her new life gave her and the depression which she fought on a daily basis was often too much for her, leading her to cause herself harm; Once she attempted suicide however the attempt fell short as she was unable to fatally wound herself and ended up with a deep cut on her forearm rather than across the wrist as she had been trying, fortunately each time Squad Four was able to repair the wounds with little visible evidence she harmed herself, making it possible for her to avoid any issues such scars would have caused.
Twenty Years after she was transferred to Squad Six, when she was an eighth seat, she went shopping in Inuzuri. Claiming it was a cheep place for her to shop for all she needed though it's also for nostalgic reasons since not all memories of hers and her little sisters trips with their host parents there were bad. It was there she literally bumped into Hisagi Shuuhei, intimidated by his rank at first until he calmed her with his friendly nature. When he introduced himself she lit up since when she was still in the academy she had idolized him and had learned a great deal about who he was and his achievements.
After the two met they spoke often and it wasn't long before they were friends, Kizomaru met a great deal of people through both him and Renji and gathered enough of a support system that she could feel safe enough to turn to any of them should she need to; However her independent nature made her more reluctant to do so, she would turn to someone when she felt she could no longer handle things by herself. It seemed though, that the person she turned to the most was Shuuhei, though that was partially because of the crush she had developed on him through the years, but she knew he had feelings for someone else and that the odds they would end up together were slim, so she took any sort of attention she could from him to help quell her desires.
She did turn to her other friends, especially when it concerned her feelings for the young lieutenant since she couldn't exactly speak to him about them. Thanks to her support system and her hard work, Kizomaru managed to become promoted all the way to First Seated Officer of Squad Six, where she used to work just one seat below Renji and because of that the two share an office space, which gives him the perfect chances to tease her about her crush;Though Kizomaru had become use to it and can blow it off with ease.
A month after the betrayal, Kizomaru had joined him in his office on one of her free days to assist him with his paper work, when during a conversation she had confessed her feelings to him; He was shocked, but it shocked her even more when he said he returned her feelings. Explaining that the week after the three captains left, when she had helped him home and they shared that drunken kiss, he had realized his feelings for her. They started their relationship that day, and managed to make time for each other throughout the chaos; it wasn't until after the Winter War that they were able to more actively date and after two months of doing so they became engaged, then married a month after that. They decided against normal wedding rings and instead got tattoo wedding rings; The decision was left up to Kizo, who said that tattoo rings were a better symbol of eternal love rather than a regular band which could become lost easily in their line of work.
Now granted only two months of dating before marriage could be considered rushed but the two had known each other for years before, not to mention the on and off dating before the Winter War; so it made sense to them, especially with how quickly the two seemed to fall for each other romantically. In November they filed for permission to start a family and it was granted but a couple weeks after and the two started trying, in December came the news that Kizo was pregnant; though the pregnancy was rough they managed. The two were soon elated when Kizo gave birth to twin children in October, though the time was not exactly the best it did no less to dampen the warm mood it brought them.
After the Winter War, Kizomaru was promoted to Squad Nine Lieutenant after Shuuhei's promotion to Captain of Squad Nine. The added stress of a new position did not help her condition much, as after the end of the war her inner hollow surfaced and began causing trouble for her, but fortunately she found comfort in Shuuhei and the rest of her friends.
Powers & Abilities: Expert Swordsmanship Specialist: Due to her constant training Kizomaru has become highly proficient in sword fighting, her skill level fits with her ranking almost perfectly. She is also very good at dual weapon fighting. Yarijutsu Expert: Her zanpakuto and training have granted her exceptional skill in the use of spears since her bankai is a Bishamon yari. Hakuda Combatant: Thanks to her time in Squad Two she is skilled enough in hakuda that she can fight somewhat efficiently with out her zanpakuto, though she does not rely on hakuda as her main battle technique, but she's proficient enough that should she loose her weapons she can defend herself against an enemy. Shunpo Expert: Since her bankai is rather heavy it slows her down in battle, to compensate she has been training her shunpo technique so that she can still move effectively in battle while using her bankai. She can keep up with those of an equal rank easily though she has a little difficulty keeping up with captain level shinigami. Kido Skill: She can easily use kido spells up to level 50 without becoming too winded though for some kido spells past fifty she must still recite the incantation for the spell before using it. Zanpakuto: Ankoku(Darkness): In it's sealed state it takes the form of two wakizashi swords which she ties on either side of her hips, the swords are kept in pitch black sheaths and have a deep purple cloth wrapped around the handle. The tsuba are shaped like crescent moons and are silver, the over all length of the weapon is standard length. Inner World Appearance: Her inner world is a meadow at night, a big, bright full moon shines in the sky over head which almost out shines the millions of stars. In the center of the meadow is a lake in which the reflection of the moon and stars can be seen, at the edge of the lake is a large Sakura Blossom. Fallen Sakura petals float along the surface of the lake in a calm manner, Ankoku is usually found lounging by the lake, mostly under the Sakura Blossom, when first entering the inner world, while Niveous shows up from anywhere at random. Appearance of material form: Ankoku's spirit appearance while in Kizomaru's inner world is that of a black wolf with amethyst purple eyes and streaks of silver in her fur, her breed is a Gray Wolf and her size is that of a normal Alpha female. When she manifests herself in the real world she becomes an anthropomorphic version of herself, a tall woman with shoulder length jet black hair and wolf ears and tail, she has silver tribal design tattoos which cover both her arms from the wrist up to her shoulder and in turn looses the silver streaks in her hair. She wears a purple and black kimono like dress which resembles the design of Kizomaru's altered uniform, this same outfit is what Kizomaru wears when she enters her Bankai mode. Ankoku also wears a black choker with a silver crescent moon pendant sitting in the center. - Wolf Form:
Personality: Ankoku is a rather cheery zanpakuto despite being one of shadow, she's energetic and loves teasing her master. She also carries a sadistic side and will protect Kizomaru at all times, her sadistic nature only showing when she is in a battle. The two are very close and she'll often call Kizomaru "Kizo-sama" to display such closeness. She often butts heads with Kizomaru's inner hollow Niveous, because she will torture her master to no end when she feels like it, so Ankoku has to step in on Kizo's behalf and thwart off it's attempts at doing her mental harm. Shikai: Ankoku's release command is "Keiru ('Vanish' or lit.'To vanish')". Upon release the wakizashi become pitch black, the handle, tsuba and blades all become pitch black and look to be made of shadows themselves.Ankoku can manipulate shadows. Ability: Ankoku's base ability is shadow manipulation. Techniques: Kage no Shoshitsu(Disappearance of Shadows): This technique is usually used when Kizomaru first releases her zanpakuto to confuse opponents. Aside from that it is used as a means of evading an attack. When she uses this attack it looks as though she's vanished in a similar way a hollow looks when it passes through an object. Kizomaru can stay hidden in the shadows for three to five minutes depending on how much energy she has. Kage Souzou(Shadow Creation): Kizomaru masks her reiatsu in the form of a shadow which spreads five feet before her. Because the shadow is just her reiatsu masked and not the result of a body intercepting light, light cannot remove the shadow;Can only be used once per release of Shikai. Shadou Supaiku (Shadow Spike): Kizomaru uses this technique by slamming the blade on one of her wakizashi swords into the ground, it creates spikes which form from the shadows on the ground. The spikes rise up from the ground at the opponent, only reaches a total length of five feet, able to reach that height by feeding off of Kizomaru's reiatsu. Kage Torappu(Shadow Trap): This is a technique which can snare an opponent with the shadows on the ground, usually by the foot and or ankle. It makes it harder for the enemy to get away and easier for direct hits. This attack can be set while she is hidden in the shadows. Bankai: Kage Ookami no Joou Ankoku (Shadow Wolf Queen, Ankoku): When in Bankai Ankoku becomes a Bishamon yari, the central blade is pitch black while the two crescent moon shaped blades are silver. The tachiuchi is solid black, the shaft is colored deep purple and is four feet long. At the end of the shaft of the Bishamon yari is a black ishizuki, tied at the end is a long deep purple cloth which can be used to swing the bishamon yari as well as throw it at the enemy. While in her Bankai her shihakusho outfit becomes a purple kimono style dress which holds the same basic appearance as her uniform but it's purple with intricate black and silver designs, the outfit looking like that one an empress would wear. Purple knee high tabi over which are worn black geta with silver V shaped thongs of cloth on each geta, also she sports a black choker with a silver crescent moon pendant dangling from it. Like it's shikai Kage Ookami no Joou Ankoku can manipulate shadows. Bankai Ability: Like it's Shikai state, it's base ability is shadow manipulation. Bankai Techniques: Kage no Shoshitsu: In her Bankai Kizomaru can remain hidden in the shadows for five to ten minutes depending on how much energy she has. It's important to note that unless she has to she never stays hidden in the shadows for long. Kage Souzou(Shadow Creation): Kizomaru masks her reiatsu in the form of a shadow which spreads ten feet before her. Because the shadow is just her reiatsu masked and not the result of a body intercepting light, light cannot remove the shadow;Can only be used once per release of Bankai. Nigiri no Kage (Shadow grip): This is a more powerful version of Kage Torappu in which Kizomaru can bind enemies with the shadows, and since all shadows are under her control she can use the shadows on the inside of an opponents clothing to bind them and render them unable to move at all, but if the enemy spikes their reiatsu they can fend off the binding effects and rarely does Kizomaru use that aspect of this ability unless she plans an assassination type of strategy for her opponent. Shadou Tsuki no Burasuto(Blast of the Shadow Moon): This technique is Kizomaru's most powerful,she uses it by holding her bishamon yari out in a vertical position in front of her and places her left palm on the back of it's blades. Concentrating her spiritual energy into one powerful blast, she releases it through the crescent moon shaped blades on her bishamon yari. The blast created is wide, about three feet to start, however as it travels it gathers the surrounding shadows, allowing it to reach a maximum of ten feet in width before striking the enemy. Due to the width it makes it a hard attack to dodge but not impossible, also this drains Kizomaru of an exceptional amount of reiatsu, leaving her in a weakened state after use. The toll it takes on her energy is the reason why this attack is a last resort, for if it does little to no good it leaves her too exhausted to continue the fight. Inner Hollow: - Niveous Pic:
Name: Niveous Umba Appearance: She weighs the same as Kizomaru and stands at roughly the same height, the only differences between the two are that Niveous' skin is completely white, her hair is a very light shade of purple; She has yellow irises set in black sclera and her shihakusho is pure white with a black obi sash, black tabi and white straw sandals cover her feet. While her version of Ankoku is black when unsealed, when she unleashes shikai the blades take on a pure white appearance as do all her attacks which, despite their color, are indeed shadow based attacks. That is the reason why Kizo had named her Niveous Umba or, 'white shadow'. Personality: She is highly obnoxious and very rude, speaking familiarly with anyone and has no regards for rank. She has a loud mouth and never knows when to shut up, often pushing things well beyond their limit which causes great stress to both Kizomaru and Ankoku. She's cruel and cannot stand her hosts pacifistic nature, as she loves nothing more than fighting and causing trouble. She especially loves torturing Kizo about various things which causes her further distress, often times it will be about the death of her parents. Niveous and Ankoku don't get along, the zanpakuto will often have to jump in when the hollow takes things beyond the limit, which causes the two to bicker constantly. Niveous also loves surfacing at inappropriate times, mostly when she's addressing her captain which causes trouble for her host. Since Kizo is still in the stage of trying to tame her inner hollow it runs rampant frequently, which causes her pain and a great deal of stress, however she's been working with the other visoreds present in the Soul Society to help gain the control she needs, but Niveous makes it extremely difficult for her despite allowing her to tap into her powers; If she feels like Kizomaru might fall in battle she won't hesitate to take over though only for her own benefits. Bio: When Kizomaru's parents were attacked and eaten by the hollow when she was a child, since she was so close to it's jaws when they snapped around her host parent's bodies not only did she get covered in their blood but the saliva of the hollow which just so happened to contain a specific toxin, she became infected at that point; While the poison didn't cause any typical sickness, it amplified the depression she felt from suffering the trauma of her host parents death. Niveous made herself know just at the end of the Winter War, all the stress Kizomaru had been suffering allowed her to become weak enough in her state of mind for the hollow to surface. Why Niveous waited so long to show herself is unknown, though Kizo suspected that it tried when she first became a member of the Gotei Thirteen, then when she became more stable the hollow was held off; But the boosted stress and tenseness of the War had broken her enough for the hollow to finally make it's presence known. Hollow Mask Appearance/Powers: Kizomaru's hollow mask takes the form of a Japanese wolf mask, like all Visored's masks it's base color is pure white; However, instead of the red designs they normally have hers consists of black/purple and silver, a black crescent moon sits in the center of the mask while silver swirl like designs form along it's cheeks and inside it's ears as well as tracing around the inside of the ear and around the cheeks which sit on the mask in a flared sort of manner. Tracing the eyes in a flame like design and bridge of the nose of the mask is purple coloring, the purple coloring circles around the black crescent moon mark in a wide circle. The hollow mask grants Kizomaru the power to use a cero however she can use it in a unique manner, first off the cero is violet in color with a black outline; Second, Kizo can combine the powers of her cero with the ability of her zanpakuto(when the two are on decent terms with one another and though that rarely happens, the two will set aside their differences when Kizo is in dire need, though each having their own reasons for doing so.) and can combine her shadow manipulation with her cero to be able to fire the cero blast through the shadows if needs be, usually by firing it into the shadows in front of her to launch upwards at her opponent, or into a shadow at her side to launch at the side of her enemy. It also boosts her speed, defense and spiritual pressure while wearing the mask. - Kizo wearing her mask:

Interests: Her interests are; Singing, reading, writing, taking walks around the Soul Society and hanging around with her sister and their friends. Her favorite music genre tends to lean more towards heavy music which one can vent through, such as goth rock or punk rock, though she listens to anything that catches her fancy; Meaning her tastes will leap genres of music, so long as what she finds is something she can enjoy listening too and/or finds an emotional connection with. It was early in the morning, the sky was dark with heavy gray clouds filled with rain, a gloomy sight to fit the mood of the day. It was time, the day Kizomaru had been dreading, but she knew it had to be done; Today was the day she was going to the World of the Living for her inner hollow training. When she had asked the other visored for help this was what they suggested, they said it would be necessary for her to train with the rest of the Visored, which included Ichigo because they wanted the extra help, because of the way it worked; No one or three people would be able to help without being extremely worn and damaged, there for they needed more people. She had asked what to expect, Kensei had said to expect the worst but before he could continue Rose cut him off and told her to keep hope for the best, since he did not want to add to the stress the young woman was already feeling, but they all three agreed that it was better she went into it with an idea of what goes down, hoping that maybe if she knew it might help some how; So Shinji had explained how she would have to fight her hollow for dominance, how she would transform to a full hollow on the outside and how she would be fighting the others in that state, and how she had an hours time to tame the hollow, while all that made her nervous nothing cut her as much as what he had said at the end of his explanation.
"...If ya don't tame it within that hour, we'll end up havin' ta kill ya..."
She winced hearing that statement and it played over and over in her head, every time it echoed in her mind it cut her a little more; She stood waiting at the Senkaimon, all the while thinking about the possible outcomes to her training, the one she pondered most was her death and what all she would be leaving behind and who all she would be hurting. It made her sick to think about, having a vivid imagination was surely her greatest curse as she could see her funeral playing out before her; She saw her sister's depressed and broken expression, and it hurt her heart to think what the poor girl might do if she died, her friends with tear stained faces and the blank expression of her lover who looked as though he were crying but there were no tears, presumably because he had been crying non-stop since her death. It was overwhelming, almost as if she could feel their pain even though nothing had happened yet. It took all the strength she could summon to fight back the tears she wanted to shed, she just wanted to throw back time and prevent this mess from ever happening in the first place, but she knew that was impossible.
Kizomaru had barely slept the the night before due to how on edge she was, and her depressed mood only served to compromise her further; Shuuhei had tried to comfort her, singing her soft songs in hopes of helping calm her, but in the end it did nothing much to help, even listening to his beating heart did not aid much in her attempts to calm her nerves. What finally did help however, was a late night trip to Squad Four for a sleeping aid, a strong cup of herbal tea, and curling up in his lap while he held her as tightly as he could without crushing her while she cried until she fell asleep in his arms. He hated seeing her like that, it hurt his heart to know she was going through something that he could not really help with; Though he was just as nervous as she was he tried his best not to show it, to just be there for her and worry about himself later as his most major concern was that he help her as best as he could, but he found that it was harder than he thought and ended up shedding a few, quiet tears of his own before he fell asleep with her snugly in his arms.
She wondered how she could still feel the urge to cry, after sobbing untill she passed out just the night before, she figured there would be nothing left but she was wrong, she could feel the tears stinging her eyes yet she continued to fight them; She wanted to put on a strong front rather than break down, but she was finding it harder to do with each passing second and soon a small stream of tears began falling from her crystal blue eyes, she held herself as she sobbed; They were quiet, but they made her treble as she continued fighting the battle even though she had lost. Her hollow found this the perfect opportunity to help break her hosts mental stability further than she already had, the parasite had been causing Kizomaru trouble since she first woke up; Taunting her by saying she could never hope to win and that she could kiss her life good bye. 'Tch how unbecoming of a warrior to cry in the face of death...I thought you were a big girl not a baby! You're pathetic, I'll take joy in tearing you to pieces..' Niveous snarled harshly, her cruel words and the sinister laughter which followed made Kizomaru growl lowly as she wiped her eyes on the sleeves of her uniform.
"Fucking cunt, can't you leave me alone for five goddamn minutes! When I get in there you're dead you hear me!? I'll fucking kill you!" Kizomaru exclaimed, causing the gate guards to peer at her with an odd look, as if they were watching a crazy person; Though there was some truth to that, Niveous drove Kizo crazy, so much so it made her moody and she was tired of it. Noticing the guards stare at her she shot them an irritated glare, fire shone in her crystal blue gaze."Can I help you?" She asked with venom, then sighed when she realized how she sounded."Sorry.." She cursed under her breath, though her tears had stopped falling which she was thankful for. Niveous' laughter at her outburst was maddening, causing a headache which made Kizomaru grip her head tightly. She was so focused on pushing the beast out of her mind so that she could think clearly that she did not notice the presence of others, at least not until one of them had taken her into their grip from behind; The contact made Kizomaru jump since she was distracted, but as soon as she realized who it was she melted against his relaxing warmth.
