Personality: Cici is what mortals would call dry as the Sahara; being an anti-male at her best and a cold-hearted, anti-social vessel of empty, raw bloodlust at her worst. She is a seductress when it comes to contacting with men who would easily fall for it, only to want to rip from them their guts. She, scarred from a deep history, takes a deep interest in women in a more mature form than men do. Due to her past, she is afflicted with a mental disorder that causes her to go through a series of steps that result in a blackout caused by a fit of rage. This disorder is triggered usually by deep emotional stress such as collapsing relationships or death of close ones. Usually the fits of rage are directed towards the one causing the stress, whether this person is more innocent than not does not matter. Sexually, Cici gains pleasure from sadism and dominance, usually inflicting pain purposefully on either girls she is involved with or servents. Though there is a sense of control that prevents her from ever advancing due to her disorder and how she understands the results.

When approaching men with her anti-male mood, she is usually insulting them or engaging in rude sarcasm that again, ends in rude opinions. When around both genders, she usually tries to make the males look bad with seemingly true facts; though she would go as far as fabricating a lie that could well be placed. Cici has a more precise form of thinking, taking the macro version of the subject and finding the one micro version of it they need, still preserving the macro version's information. When being formal, she is usually inquisitive and intuitive. Her voice is usually high-pitched yet menacing at the same time.

Cici is a crimson-haired woman who stands at 6'0", having a curved yet stout body. Her frame represents a curved torso and midsection, although her shoulders are broad and she has burly thighs and arms. She has much muscle within her limbs, her body curvy but still slender. Her waist is very slender as well as her neck. Cici's eyes are like a glowing crimson, always appearing to sparkle in the light but always appearing to flare with fire in the dark. She has a clean face but over her left eyebrow is a curved scar, appearing to be from sort of tool. Usually, she wears pumps in order to avoid a broken heel from high-heels. Her clothing is red and silver, the silver being formed from reishi. All around her body are slender scars that look like nails dug themselves into her skin and dragged themselves across. Her mask fragment was located in her hair, acting as accessories.

Zanpakutō

Name: Fisiologia

Sealed form: Instead of the traditional katana, her zanpakuto had been a shamshir. The handle was rough yet smooth and welcoming at the same time. It was carved marble with small, miniscule bristles that allowed a grip and the exercise of callus. The blade was curved yet more slender than most shamshirs. For the pommel there was an eagle's head. The cared marble handle also shaped a grip. The guard had been a kanji symbol for "Fierce". Engraved into the blade is the words "Never forget, never forgive". The blade also has a blueish hue to it, the marble having a red hue.

Resurrección: Cici's clothing is traded for a silver-ivory, skin-tight exoskeleton of reishi. It is like splintmail, yet it is more animalistic in appearance. From her back protrude reishi wings that are thin and aerodynamic. They are like hundreds of reishi-formed feathers coming together, mending to form wings. Resting on her head is a crown with several emeralds that are placed in a pattern on the outer part of the crown. She wields a collapsible dual-sided blade. The main blade is 2.7 feet long, the other end having a 1.2 foot long blade. The blades are crimson with a sapphire edge that usually radiates with a thick, navy aura. The handle has a spined, knuckle guard which contains the mechanism to collapse the blades into a oval-shaped, disk-like figure.

Ability: Fisiologia is a two part ability, one part being translation of potential and kinetic energy, the other being a stack effect to multiply the kinetic energy in the final swing of an attack. The first part is simple, a two way flow may be formed, translating either potential to kinetic or kinetic to potential energy. In order to do this, the words "Fuerza" or "Magia" must be spoken. Fuerza causes potential to convert to kinetic whilst Magia does the opposite. Though the first part of the ability is not meant to be used immediately, it is meant to be stored. This process creates a multiplier for the amount of access KE or PE, the cap being 120% extra KE or PE.

The second part of the ability is the ability to, instead of draining potential and kinetic energy to attack, make Fisiologia's attacks harmless, passing through her enemies. These attacks instead stack the amount of PE and KE instead of draining one to build the other. Though the cap for access PE and KE for this part is 20% extra PE and KE. Techniques may temporarily boost the cap on the second part of the ability, being one-shots for the entire use of the ressurecion. The second part may only make the first two slashes of a combo intangible, limiting Cici to abruptly stop her combo. The maximum stacking of PE and KE is 5%, though how close she reaches that maximum is based according to the strength of her swing.

The exception to the PE and KE cap for the second part may be if an ability that normally does more damage yet it is more physical, the momentum building the PE and KE faster; in this case the cap is raised to 30% but it must be realized before the use of any other technique via slash.

Techniques: Energio Cinetica

• Podre Algun
  Cici, standing idle, amplifies her kinetic energy within the blade, causing it to radiate. This is done so by taking reiatsu and translating it into the more mundane form. This, for one attack, gives her a 45% boost in kinetic energy, ultimately increasing the damage she does. This has a 3 post cool down.
  
  
• Dibujar
  Cici may strike someone three times and drain them of their PE, ultimately taking it and splitting it between her KE and PE, each receiving a 5% bonus. Most of the PE drained is translated into reishi and sent into the air surrounding. Generally, this could create an advantage for Quincy due to the extra reishi production. This has a 3 post cool down, as well as the next three swings of Fisiologia that are potentially capable of being harmful in any way will pass through what they strike (if they succeed in striking).
  
  
• Un Auge
  Concentrating her KE into into a single area, she may created a concussive blast that only releases high amounts of pressure. The blast reaches up to ten feet, usually only capable of disorienting her foe. The width of it is five feet, only capable of affecting one or two people, depending on their size. The concentration is usually almost instantaneous due to being a minor blast, and thus it can be used quite quickly. This has a 2 post cool down.
  
  
• Segunda Fuerza
  This ability takes the same affect from Podre Algun and takes it to the next level. Instead of a 45% KE for one strike, it is a 55% KE boost for one strike. This has a slightly higher cool down, having a 4 post cool down unlike Podre Algun's 3 post CD.
  
  
• Plume de Dos
  This is an upgraded version of Un Auge, the blast reaching up to 15 feet now with a ten foot width. This takes a bit longer to charge but it can be used in the same post it is activated in. It has a 3 post cool down. The blast itself is also more concussive, capable of knocking weaker foes to the ground, off their feet.
  
  
• Acelerar
  The natural building of PE and KE is accelerated for 7 posts, allowing Cici to receive a 5% boost to her natural collection of PE and KE. Naturally, this causes her momentum-based attacks to be more powerful and quicker. This has a 4 post cool down.
  
  
• Terciaro Poderosa Espada
  Concentrating all of her KE to the tip of her blade and amplifying it, Cici swings in one mighty motion, releasing a massive attack capable of slicing a pillar in half. This is only available when the cap on excess KE is reached, multiplying the amount by 1.5. This has a 6 post cool down and for 10 posts the cap is lowered to 110%.

I put image tags around your image link so it doesn't look so... bizarre, and since it's not too big anyway; on which note you'll want to make a face claim for Rosso at some point. As for the roleplay sample, since you have an ADV-3, you don't need it for any rank below that; if you want any higher, you'll need a new sample for this character. Everything else I'll leave alone for now since this is a WIP.

Also, under "Number", they're asking for what number of Espada/Fraccion you want to be, not what organization.

I can approve this for ADV-3 with 65 points. With that rank/level, you could take either the 8th or 9th Espada position. Of course once you level up, you can move up to higher positions later on, provided that they are open.

But how do I take a position someone already has?

You don't. o.o There are no contests for positions or anything, that just causes problems. Unless they lose the position due to inactivity, or their character dies, you cannot take their position.
