So, after being here for a few days and pondering other a few pieces, I've finally decided to make a suggestion! It is at this point I would like to ask you to hold your applause as I begin to type in a more serious fashion.
My suggestion revolves around the Soul Cash? Shop (That's the name if I recall correctly). Now, I noticed on the character applications that the "Final Forms", so to speak, do not have a place in the character template. Yet the Power Tier suggests that 'Segunda Etapa' and 'Final Bankai' are accessable upon reaching various ranks. This I feel is a bit of an issue. The reasons are as follows:
Stats are not gained upon ranking up. Ranks are gained by obtaining stats. You gain nothing for obtaining a rank. I honestly cannot see why anything should be tied to a rank if this is the case. Why? Because gaining stats rewards activity. Getting to the required Rank to obtain your final form is hugely effected by the singular character application you make. It appears that rank is closely connected to the RP samples length, and it is because of this I find this unacceptable. A final form, like Segunda Etapa or the Visored Hollow Form should be rewarded for activity and not the character creation.
Now, how do we reward activity? The Soul Cash Shop. Instead of tying these forms to a rank, place them in the Cash Shop for a large sum. Like, well above stat points we're talking. In order to obtain them, you must have access to the form before it (Bankai for Final Bankai, if you get where I'm coming from). That should be the only requirement along with the required sum. Again, reward activity, not the character application. There are enough rewards tied with the character creation already. It will also serve as a cash sink, which is something a good RPG always needs
. Not everyone above a certain rank should have that Final Form. I think it's safe to assume Ulquiorra wasn't the strongest Arrancar, but he had access to Segunda Etapa. None of the others did.

Right, sorry for the ranting there, and any questions that may come across as a bit odd <.<. This is quite literally my thought process being written down, so I'm hoping you see my point. I personally would find this a step in the right direction, especially for encouraging activity to gain these forms. And in that same instant, everyone has to put in the same amount of effort to gain the form. I'm sorry but someone starting at (LOW) has a lot bigger mountain to climb than someone who starts at (ADV) 0. I just feel that something like those forms (Which are quite frankly the coolest thing in Bleach) should require the same amount of effort for everyone to get. And seeing as I'm a Fullbringer this doesn't even apply to me. It's not a fair way to go about things at current.

Sorry again... It happened again... I'll stop now.
