Weapon: A simple katana with a basic design, the sheath is black while the tsuba is shaped like an octagon and gold in color; he carries it across his back.

Appearance: He stands at 6'4" and weighs 205lbs with a large frame and muscular build, bulging muscles and a well built frame show just how trained and honed this man is as a fighting machine. His has sapphire blue colored eyes and short, violet colored hair in a short, buzz cut like style; stopping at the base of his neck, sporting a scruffy beard to match the color of his hair; it's thick and covers his entire chin. His appearance as a Togabito is relatively human like, the only off setting features would be a more demonic face and long, sharp nails and fangs. His dress is a red and black standard samurai kimono complete with a black haori and red chest plate armor, a black obi ties it closed and black straw sandals adorn his feet. His sword is strapped over his back.

Personality: Violent, that is the best word to describe Ryunosuke, he is a violent man who thrives on bloodshed and the screams of his victims. He never really tortures his enemies, preferring the quick kill to toying with his prey, this allows him to see blood faster. Along with his violence is his rage, which goes hand in hand with his violence as when he is enraged(which seems to be all the time) he is far more violent than when he is calm(which is a rare moment indeed).

He has a fun loving side as well, though that side shows itself in roughhousing or drinking in excess, and as with everything else he is a violent drunk; loving to start fights and cause problems when and where ever he can. He never backs down from a fight, and always is the one challenging people to duals with him, usually resulting in the death of the challenge-y.

There isn't a time where he isn't angry, always seen with a scowl on his face or an irritated look in his eyes; he'd slaughter you if he thinks you breathed in his direction and not think twice of it. This rage has most possibly carried over from his life while he was alive and the deep seated grudge against those that brought him down, he even attempts to hunt them down and their families too, swearing to exact his revenge one way or another.

Bio: When he was alive Ryunosuke was a soldier in Feudal Japan, taking great pride in his ability to fight and destroy his enemies as well as his ability to drink his fellow men under the table and then some; He was a well known drunk who got into many bar fights, but no one ever dared to try and get him into trouble for they feared his wrath. He was a noble man, born into a house who produced many a famed warrior, and as such he was betrothed to a woman from another, yet on a lesser scale, noble family who offered their daughter up for marriage to raise their social standing; the Igarashi clan leader and Ryunosuke's father was friends with the leader of the house in question and agreed to the arranged marriage. The girl, Ayameko,was twelve years the man's junior and was set to be wed at the age of seventeen.

Poor Ayameko soon found out that her new husband was an abusive man, especially when he was drunk; when she was late with a meal he would beat her, when she didn't great him in a way he liked he would beat her, and so on and so forth. The brutal abuse caused problems for Ayameko when the couple tried to conceive children as she had taken a few blows to her stomach, resulting in miscarriages which broke the woman's heart. It was when she was twenty that she was finally able to conceive a child and Ryunosuke was ecstatic, hoping to have a strapping boy to whom he could pass down his war stories and skills on the battle field.

For the majority of the pregnancy Ryunosuke was actually quite gentle with his broken wife, gentle by his terms anyway, he still expected her to perform her wifely duties, he just kept from beating her which resulted in multiple bar fights and constant sparring matches with his war buddies; he was a man of action, energy and violence since that was all he had known. The reason for his abuse was partly his temper which he found himself unable to control, partly his father's teachings, both in show and tell, his father was also an abusive man towards his wife and would often show Ryunosuke by example how to handle "unruly women"; but the main reason was because he felt himself superior to her in every way possible, he was a man and of higher social status then her, so he made sure she knew that.

When the time finally came and their child was born, Ryu could hardly contain his excitement, that is until he saw the gender of their first born child; it was a sweet little baby girl, much to Ryu's distaste. Ayameko however couldn't have been more excited to just have given birth to a child, especially after all the hell she had been through with all the miscarriages she had. She had named the little girl Kizomaru, a unique name and it suited her, given her unique hair color of violet. While Ayameko cherished her treasure, Ryunosuke was filled with hate the moment he set eyes on the child and when she became older she felt the hatred full on.

It started when the girl was but two years old, he would assault her whenever she would try and greet him when he returned home; even though she knew what would happen when she did. It wasn't just her that suffered, Ayameko was beaten on a worse scale, as he blamed her for the birth of their daughter; like she had spitted him by not giving him the son he dreamed for. Not to mention Ayameko was so tired from raising their daughter on her own(he wanted nothing to do with raising the girl) that she became lax in her wifely duties, her punishment would be cuts from his blade; not deep enough to kill, but just enough to break skin and cause massive pain. And in his quest for a son, even when his wife was too tired he would force her to have sex with him, she was raped by her own husband multiple times.

The two suffered together, mother and child, and poor Kizomaru almost died once because of the assaults as did her mother. However when Kizomaru was four and a half her mother had become pregnant again and, like last time, Ryunosuke stopped beating on his wife; but sadly that left more time for him to use their daughter as a punching bag and as a result Kizomaru would often hide whenever her father came home, staying out during the day then tucking herself under her bed at night. It did little to help, but little was better than nothing.

Their second child was born in December, and once again it was a girl; Ryunosuke was furious now, as a result more beatings of his family ensued, but even through all his violent acts he never harmed the infant who was given the name Asami, the same oddity happened when Kizomaru was a newborn as well, but Ayameko didn't question it and simply just accepted this unusual phenomenon; however she knew that once the child was older she would befall the same fate as her and her sister and she knew that she had to get them out some how.

When Kizomaru was six and Asami one, Ayameko had decided to send her children off; she waited till after Ryunosuke had left the house in the deep of the night to get drunk, after assaulting his children and wife that night, before she set her plan in motion. She had went to her broken and frightened children, who had suffered multiple cuts and bruises in the attack and since tucked themselves in the corner of the room in a huddled mass. She had tried to shield her children, as she always did, but he threw her aside, as he always did, so she had to crawl to them. Ayameko and Kizomaru had a heartfelt discussion and a few tears between them before the latter was handed a small pouch of money which she had been saving for her children just for this moment, and then told to escape, which they did not but a moment later.

They must have been gone for at least ten minutes before they heard the familiar, yet drunken, sound of their father; Kizomaru froze when she realized he was right behind them and quickly shielded her little sister from the man. There was some yelling, mostly by him, and a lot of begging from the little girl who was just trying to save her sister, before Ryunosuke finally just snapped and drew his blade. Frozen in fear, Kizomaru yelled her please as he readied his blade, but then a moment later the girl fell silent when he ran the sword through her gut, slaughtering the young girl in one blow. Then Asami was next, who only wailed and screamed as she too was pierced by the cold steal of their so called father, he slashed their fresh corpses in a fit of rage before picking the money off Kizomaru's lifeless body and heading home.

The door to their little house was thrown open and Ryunosuke had a blaze in his eyes which frightened Ayameko to the very core, he cussed her out for letting their children escape and informed her that he had slain them which broke her heart; then beat her within an inch of her life but he did not kill her; no, after tormenting the woman he raped her violently. Deciding to keep the woman around simply because he wanted her to bare him a son, and so the cycle began anew, Ayameko no longer had the spirit to attempt to fight back, she was so broken over the loss of her children that she had tried killing herself to free herself from the pain but he saved her every time.

About two years had passed and Ayameko had become pregnant again, however there was a difference this time about; She had finally birthed him the son he had always wanted, but karma was a cruel mistress; he finally had his son, the one that would carry on his fighting skills and succeed him in the Japanese army, however none of that would come to pass as the child was still born, he died in the womb before he even had the chance to live. That was the final straw, when Ayameko had come home from the birth, heartbroken as one would naturally assume, Ryunosuke had drawn his blade and stabbed Ayameko through the gut, chest, and multiple other places; killing the woman instantaneously. Of course Ryunosuke being who he was he didn't get charged for it, but that would only last for as long as he was alive, eventually he would pay for what he had done.

A year had passed since he murdered his wife, three since he had slaughtered his children, and he was back out on the field where he belonged; fighting against his enemies and taking them down one by one with ease. Soon however he found himself surrounded by multiple targets, now of course this wouldn't have been a problem for him and as expected he held his own, but he was so distracted by his fight that he did not notice the foot soldiers with arrows coming up behind him, while he was busy fighting the ones with swords the ones with the bows shot multiple arrows and struck him down; finally, the mighty warrior had fallen, he died on the spot from his multiple arrow wounds.

Since he held a grudge against those that destroyed him he was unable to pass on to the Soul Society, or well, where any normal soul would have ended up at least; but Ryunosuke was no normal soul, he was tainted by his sins. Eventually he turned into a hollow and caused massive damage by destroying buildings and consuming mass amounts of souls, a Shinigami in charge of the area had found him eventually and defeated him, though with some trouble, and with that slaughter came his fate; the gates of Hell opened before the man and sucked him in, sealing him in the flaming pits of doom.

His life as a Togabito was no different than it had been while he was alive or when he was a hollow, he challenged many other Togabito and caused a mass amount of destruction as he learned to control his new powers which came with this new form; this behavior had caught the attention of an extremely powerful being, the Sin of Wrath, who offered him a spot as her Pet. Naturally he declined, at first, and attempted to take her out, but when he was defeated and then told that she could give him the freedom to destroy anything he wanted he begrudgingly agreed to be her underling. Hating that a woman was his superior, he only followed her orders loosely, and if he got something hefty in return(usually a big slaughter fest) and for the most part would never associate himself as her Pet.

Now that the gates have been opened and he's been freed from Hell, he has been taking advantage of this by going out and spilling blood wherever he could; it didn't matter who it was who was in his way, they were going to die. All that rage from his human life had carried over in his death, making him a wrathful, blind killing machine who was always craving his next kill. He retains full memories of his life when he was alive, and is always on the look out for someone from his past; be it his enemies or his family which he mercilessly slaughtered.

Ability: Has the ability to manipulate shadows, though in a minor form, to a lesser extent than Kizomaru in that he can only control visible shadows.

Techniques:

Kage no Bakuhatsu: Allows him to fire off multiple blasts of dark energy at his opponents, the blasts are like an Arrancar's balla, they are capable of being fired off in rapid succession usually with a limit of ten before he must rest. Can cause moderate to sever damage to enemy depending on how many hit.

Kage Encho: Allows him to manipulate the shadows to form an extension to his blade, the more shadows he gathers the longer his weapon can extend; has a limit of up to twenty feet.
