Honestly speaking, there is no quitting and giving up.
Your drawings lack a huge lot, basically on the verge of sucking. But it's better than alot of people's art. You have potential, so my rating would be, "Huge Room For Improvement. Get to it" Smile

Depends on who you ask, this guy took fifty dA points, others will accept money. I know someone who does cheep Tite Kubo style drawings for thirty dA points and another who'll do the same style for like, five bucks =3=

If you mean buying something from someone, then first you have to have an account on dA, then you just send them a message and pay the price o.o

So if I want good drawings I need to write good stories? Can't I just do people's homework or something? I would offer to make logos by I'm too much of perfectionist(considering I already get paid for it) and I bet it's like impossible to get noticed x.x

No o.o You just have to pay the person to draw for you o.o You only do commissions if you wanna be paid XD If you've got the money, then just either buy points or pay them money o.o
