Things have finally settled down in the charmed world, with the vanquish of Cole Turner and the discovery of a new charmed sister, Paige Matthews Halliwell new things are happening. Life is healing itself and although the sisters have gone through terrible losses in their life they are pulling themselves through it. Each sister moving on. Piper having finally found time to spend with Leo and managing to have children, Paige is discovering more of her love life. She is spending time with Henry Mitchell, someone who is becoming more and more interesting to her, while the Elders send her a magical suitor meanwhile Phoebe is finally mending her heart.
The sisters were beginning to believe they were living in a normal life. Magic continued but they were trying their hardest to remain living without letting magic get to them. During this time Phoebe's work is finally slowing down and because of this she has much more time on her hand. Thinking about where her life is really going and what she needs in life, she soon discovers a man named Coop. Telling her sisters about this she soon starts to date Coop and when he proposes to her she is so shocked and is speechless. The two get married in the year 2004.
Five years later Phoebe casts a spell to stop her empath power from reading her sisters thoughts, however something goes wrong. Without Phoebe realizing she enhanced her empathy power on herself and her inner feelings for Cole return. Phoebe also tracks their next threat, three other sisters that are trying to threaten the Halliwell Line. The sisters must act fast in order to find these new witches and save their Halliwell Line. The Elders realize this threat and send the sisters the Angel of Destiny to tell them that Prue will be returned along with more Halliwells. What the sisters don't know is that the witches already opened a portal and are living in San Francisco. What happens when Phoebe finds out Cole was never really vanquished but went into hiding?, and will the sisters lives away from magic distract them from vanquishing this new big bad?.
