TRUE FIRE ~ A WOLF RPG
Vintarea was once a beautiful, canine inhabited place, protected from any danger from other worlds by many spells so old that none knew what they were. Man had not yet discovered the lonely planet, and all canines lived in peace.
But then the Mist came.
No one knew where it had come from. It was a light, blueish mist, with a dark and foreboding hue. It pushed against the barrier of spells protecting Vintarea, and slipped through. Everything it touched became cold and dark, and as it touched the living, they died. Many died when the mist came, but something even more dangerous followed the mist. Man. After traveling far from earth in rockets, the farthest planet that they could reach that was inhabited was Vintarea. Man used guns and other advanced weaponry to destroy the weakened and slightly torn barrier, and the moment he placed his boot upon Vintarea, the planet was peaceful no more. The remaining canines fled to the opposite side of the planet from where man had broken through, where there was yet another barrier, even stronger than the first that covered about half of the planet. There was only a bit of the mist inside, and all of the animals ran towards the safe area. But some where not fast enough. Man was upon them, and many wolves were captured. They never forgave their still free kin, and did as man commanded, fighting for them and becoming dogs as had the other canines that man had tamed on his own planet. Now the creatures who escaped live in the protected area, fighting and killing each other for space, food, and survival.
Will you join the wolves and fight man and the betrayers? Or will you join the captives, resentful of their freed brethren?
