Personality: Frost's personality is a mere shadow of what it was. When Frost was human he was jolly, happy-go-lucky, and cocky. These wild attitudes were reinforced by the need to protect the ones he loved. As a Hollow the excitingly positive attitude he had when alive had faded away leaving him with pain and despair, but his duty to protect his family and loved ones did not. He managed to keep other Hollows away from his family for awhile, until his family caught sickness and died. It was the final straw for Frost, and he managed to remove his full body "Mask", though it took a few years to do. When done, he was nearly completely different than he was before. He still felt protective of those important to him and loyal to those above him, but otherwise he cared less of the rest. For all his concern the world can burn. After all, everything he had fought to protect has been taken away.

Present day Frost is similar in appearance to his human appearance, only instead of brown hair he has white, almost silver hair. His skin is also tanner than before. His eyes have changed as well, with them being a bright yellow now instead of the deep blue they once were. His Estigma is not on his face, but rather on his left arm unlike other Arrancars in the form of a gauntlet. He wears the same clothes he wore when he died with no alterations. In the middle of his chest where his heart should be is a three inch wide hole that extends all the way through.
Bio:

Frost in his human life was a tragedy . He had a lot to live for and protect. This included a small home with three brothers, two sisters, and a sickly mother. Frost never cared for his drunken father, so having a only his mother love him didnt bother him much. When his younger siblings were born, his father died from over intoxication of alcohol. At his funeral He was the only person to wear white rather than black, symbolizing his refusal to mourn the father that was never there for him. The rest of his family would never get over his death. The stress only made his mother more sickly than she was already. Frost gladly took the role of running the household into his hands to ensure the surviving of his younger brothers and sisters. He began to see things. To see spirits. He figured he had just lost his mind, until his family began to be plagued by them. He taught himself to fight to protect his family. He failed to do nothing but ensure his slow, agonizing death.

His soul was still dedicated to his family even after death and refused to go to the Soul Society. He rapidly transitioned into a hollow and kept the haunting spirits away. However by the time he did this it was too late. His mother's sickness had spread to his siblings. The result was a painful final year for his family which resulted in their death. When his family died, he went insane for a few decades which began his transition from Hollow to Arrancar as he no longer wished to remain as he was. Eventually he was able to rid himself,mostly, of the full body mask he wore as a hollow. He was not able to remove the gauntlet on his left arm, as if his hollow side wished to plague his life forever. He managed to seal most of his Hollow side into a blade he named Oblivion, as if he wished to forget his past. He started roaming the world he once loved, only to grow a completely different taste for it. Eventually he ran into the Espada Organization and joined them as Fraccion to Arcelia Salazar after finding their cause apealing.

The sword above was created as a result of Frost transitioning over to an Arrancar. The blade is black, sybolizing the darkness he feels he will never escape with gray engravings to represent his failure to protect what he loved. The sword is short and wide, allowing for quick and powerful slashes. The blade sports a gap running in the middle of the blade, representing his time as a hollow, but can be used to break swords that get caught in it.
Resurrección:

Frost's Resurrection is similar to that of his Hollow form, only this armor is silver based rather than brown. His helmet resembles that of a dragon, and atop his helmet is a crown. The suit of armor completely covers his skin. On the breast plate is a cross, along with two across on his leg armor. His sword does not change in appearance during transformation, though a silverish aura seems to be be emitted from the blade.
Call out phrase: "Forget"

Ability: Control over the element of Ice (the ability to use the water in the air and around him to aid him in combat and other situations.)

Techniques:

Ice Wall: A defensive wall that varies in depth and height. The wall can be used to entrap enemies or slow them down as well. For someone around his power range, the wall can be difficult to break through. For some one far below his power, breaking through can be from extremely tough to impossible to break. Even more powerful foes will not break through with ease unless the gap between the two powers is steep.

Ice Beam: a Small and narrow non-damaging energy ray meant to immobilize limbs of weaker foes. If it hits a limb it will incase the limb in a thick layer of ice regardless of their power. However only weaker foes will have trouble escaping it, but it is quite easy for powers with a level around his and up.

Ice Spike: Frost would create spikes of ice to spring up from the ground to impale the enemy. Use is similar to the ice wall for he uses it mainly to draw the enemy within the range of his sword. Like the ice wall, it is one of his stronger techniques. One must be quick to dodge them all.
Ice Skin: A defensive technique that covers himself in a hard layer of ice to ward off blows. For foes around his power and under, he can occasionally grab a sword strike to stop it. When using this, his skin becomes pale and rough and his hair becomes rigid. If someone were to touch him, the would find his skin as ice cold. (It takes one post after the charging post to activate and can last from 1-5 posts. how long it lasts determines its strength overall. having it active for one post would best be used to defend against a powerful attack while for five posts it is at its weakest point and used to break through a barrage of normal melee attacks.

Icicle: An offensive technique involving sending a flurry of icicles at the enemy. These icicles penetrate deep into soft tissue, but are ineffective against armored opponents.
Role-play sample:

'How quaint, that my family's graves are so far away..... why?' November Frost as he walked the barren path to a nearby city, and away from his home town. They had moved his family's bodies again. Why would they do such a thing? Bah! Foolish question! They moved them because they hadn't the room for his family. The world had always treated his family bitterly, and they only responded in kindness. His family deserved more than what they got, but the world failed to recognize this.

The anger he felt toward the world was unbearable, and caused him to chuckle when he thought about it. He had restrained himself well, no? If not he feared he could damaged the world living humans loved. He laughed again at the thought of himself bringing ruin the world of humans. He probably could if Shinigami and the other races did not exist. If he went into the world with the means to destroy it, their Gotei 13 would descend upon him. Frost was sure he could not take them all. Again, the thought brought a smile to his face as yellow eyes moved downward to his hands, knowing well his weakness and remembering his goal to forget his past life and start anew.

He brought his gauntlet up to his chin, gripping it as he thought about this goal. How does one forget? The memories are fresh on his mind even to this day! Nothing is harder than to wake u alone. He realized that it's not ok, in fact it was the end of all he known. HIs hand slowly moved to his hollow hole where his heart should be. When it it got there his hand jerked back, sill surprised he couldn't feel where his hole was. He assumed the scar was too deep to feel.

The sky was clear, and the stars shined down on him like many glowing eyes. They were watching him. Some mocked him and others urged him. It drove him insane, so he simply leveled his sight to the path in front of him. The city was now in range of his vision, and its lights outshone the stars. Most of the streets were cleared at this late hour, but occasionally one could be seen wandering the streets. Eventually nothing was around and all was silent.

A movement in his peripheral vision caught his eye and Frost moved to counter it. The unexpectedness of the strike knocked him back a foot or two, and was ready to strike back when he saw his assailant. It was a hollow around his height that wore the same armor Frost wore when he was a hollow. It was his oldest brother! The hollow kept attacking, pushing him back with a series of savage blows from its sword. The blows kept coming, and each one blocked.

Frost was shocked, so shocked that he wouldn't fight back. He knew if he did he could possibly kill his weaker brother. In mid-thought, the hollow broke through his his defense, slashing a shallow cut across his chest. In that instant he lashed out in fury, hitting the hollow on the side of the head, knocking his brother unconscious. He was about to finish him with his cero he was charging at the tip of his sword Oblivion. Guilt washed over him and he stopped charging his cero, not wishing to harm his brother any more that he already was. How could he live like this, being chased down by his own siblings? If his brother finds him again he may have to kill him. He could only imagine the pain of killing his own blood and even his imaginings were unbearable.... he had to leave this city immediately.

It is done

I looked it through and I've spotted almost no faults in it, although the main ability could do with a tad bit more explanation, as to the range of Ice manipulation. Such as, does it allow you to simply manipulate Ice? Or does it allow you to freeze water as well or what properties do the ice have? etc.

Only one thing needs to be editted; You need to put some sort of a drawback on the Ice Skin thing. State the amount of time it needs to appear upon activation and it's durability. If it's constant, like a shielding system, mention the amount of posts it can be active for.

PS; Keep in mind that Zanpakutous aren't easy to break. Just saying.
