Personality: She is a stern and upright young women, takes afront to those who mess with her about her size and is definitely not afraid to attack a man if they don't look at her as long as they looked at the women beside her. She has her feminine charms god damnit!. She is a strict worker and deadly efficient with her tasks giving her a nickname of laser mind Kazu as she never forgets and never makes a mistake on her charts.
She is dreadfully hard to deal with drunk as she feels like she is constantly being looked down on and it's advised she be kept away from men when in this state. Not like suggested, her file advises any who do not heed this warning while with her drinking will recieve severe punishment and likewise reprimands for the sexual assault she'll instigate on the men.

She stands at the almost adorable height of 4'6, but if you tell her that she tends to use it to nail your weakspot from an angle you never knew it could be struck from. Wearing her hair long she keeps it's dark color fresh and vibrant with a strict champoo regimen consiting of a different shampoo every other day. She has wide rectangular shape lensed glasses that appear to be shatterproof.
While her face has the look somewhat of an adult her body size scream kid from her small bust to her slim figure. Her waist is wide giving her somewhat normal sized thighs which, being her only womanly feature to brag about, she tends to show off as much as possible. She has her shiakusho cut into a short mini-skirt and wears dark colored hosing over her legs that accent her dark one inch heeled shoes. She has an array of different hair ornaments from simple clips to magnificently expensives golden and gem encrusted flowers.
Despite her low-level when angry her Reaitsu takes on a visible presence about her of a ducky colored yellow.
Bio: Kazu does not speak of her past, she was found and brought to the shinigami academy when she showed promise of spiritual awareness and after passing was placed in the 12th division. From here she will go on to elaborate her life a bit more. As an unseated officer she gained a reputation of drunken brawling when she and work relations would go on group dates with men from other divisions. Typically whatever guy was meant for her to click with would find a reason to duck out, leaving her alone, and she'd begin to drink heavily.
As time went on people refused to bring her along on the outings so she said screw them and focused solely on her work, and a damn fine job she did. She can chalk up the revision of data entry into the mainframe and likewise orgnization of all paper files for her section of the research team as grand successes she has accomplished and very soon these would lead to her appointment to a seated position. She still hates men, how can they not see her feminine charms.
Inner world appearance: A pond that reflects like a mirror of the moon in the sky, but it's no moon....it's a giant Duck. She was really perturbed by that but has condemned herself to the kawaii of her little kid zan.
ZanpakutōName: Kamo
Zanpakutō spirit: Her zanpakutou spirit is a duck, fairly large considering it can peck her on the shoulder, that speaks in oddly high-pitched tones. It fancies itself a genius just because of it's master being one and tends to get on her nerves by pointing out obvious things in battle as if she had not herself noticed them.
Sealed form: Her sealed Zanpakutou is short for a sword but perfect for her size, giving her a small attack range with it but allowing her to at least wield it correctly. The guard is shaped like a ducks butt sticking out of a pond while it's diving under for food. The color is pastel pink.
Shikai Call out phrase: Flap Madly
Shikai description: Her shikai involves the blade itself dispersing into the area as a cloud of duck feathers down. The cloud is rather large, about 10 meters in volume, and they are super epicly tickle-ish. They do not burn for some reason and cannot be dispersed by wind for more then a few moments.
Ability: Her shikai dissolves into the massive cloud of duck down, ticklish and soft and unassuming. She in her hand however still holds the hilt of her blade allowing her to direct these feathery weapons about by making motions of the blade. She has not currently mastered her shikai but for now it's main ability is direction of kidou and a weakening of whomever she is tickling's defensive ability.
She is able to channel her kidou by opening pathways in the feathers so if she misses or simply wishes to cause them to turn she has but to open a small tunnel and the kidou will be forced to bend to match the tunnels path.
The defensive powers activates from the time the feathers begin to assault a person, hardly noticable, they begin to lower the pressure a person maintains on body to help with fending off damage. A person can still take a lot of hits, but they may notice now that every hit deals more damage then it should.
Techniques: Lightning Box - Firing Byakurai into the feather cloud she use's the tunnel direction to cause the kidou to enter an endless loop that with enough components makes a cage of the kidou's lightning. The kidou does eventually dissipate after about 2 posts however.
Triple Color Flash Strobe - Firing Okasen, Soukatsui, and Shakahou into the cloud and using the tunnels to keep it contained within she directs them into a spiral that can confuse and disorient an opponent before then spiral in and crash combined into her target.
