Odayakana shuken no ryū(dragons of gentle sovereignty)(Done)

Reason for being: This organization is created to help the Gotei 13 in anyway possible and to help protect the innocent people and even rescue others in need. They also want to redeem themselves as they were a corrupted organization.

Who can join: Any soul reaper who's zanpakto spirit can turn or is half dragon or must be in any relation to dragons as this is a half dragon/half soul reaper organization. Some ranks can be accepted with their character as half dragon like Neya. Dragon phoenix are welcome too.

The history behind them: They were once a powerful organization that recently lived under the Sōkyoku Hill and were also a peaceful organization. That is until Aizen managed to corrupt them with the Hoyuku. In order to do that Aizen had to let some of the Hoyuku and his spiritual pressure into the dragonic orb in order to control them. It's not until Ichigo, Uryuu and Chad broke into Hueco Mundo and defeated the leader by destroying the dragonic orb that set them free from Aizen's grip. The organization helped in the war to defeat Aizan and after the war they when back to the soul society as allies and are ready for the next battle.

Champion: Characters with MST 0

After some discussion, the staff have decided that it would not be beneficial to anyone to have a faction that is so tight. It's true that dragon zanpakutos are pretty popular, but I can't see such a limited organization going anywhere. Plus, it's goal is pretty much the same as 3 of the other factions. Also, you're referencing events that never happened here in the org. history. So it wouldn't even make sense for this to exist.

Neat idea, though.

Oh well it was worth a shot.
